In The Nederlands there is another marinade fot char sue. It’s from Lobo, roast red pork seasoning mix. You van Buy it by Jumbo store. It tast very good. Just try it.
Thanks. Waaay too much food colouring! It’s Char Siu but the “Siu” rhymes with “new” or “sue”. Maybe “Shoo”. You get the idea. Also, pork belly is ok but pork neck is better. Cheers!

Dude, you only need a few Drops of food coloring. Not an entire bottle / tube. Its very concentrated.

Should've used the red food coloring on the store bought sauce to make it more "fair" in terms of appearance.
