    I so appreciate you talking about how focusing on the breathe can be hard when you have anxiety. Alex always tries to get me to do breath work when I’m in the middle on an anxiety attack but I find it really hard, so I will try to just do more sensory awareness exercises instead!

      Thank you for sharing Arna ❤️ I think it can can be reassuring to know there’s nothing ‘wrong’ and that there are many other options if certain tools don’t work for us. Something I’ve personally been using to relieve anxiety recently is EFT tapping and I’d love to become certified in it one day. So glad to hear this helped and sending lots of love to you!
