This is the most area l struggle a lot in speaking in new tongues honestly l am dry as a desert. I tried everything l know of on how to be baptized in the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in new tongues. I tried long fastings to break my flesh to be obedient, quoted scriptures but l am failing dismally. I need help very urgently

Tongues is an act of faith. It is in you because the Holy Spirit is in you . I suggest you sit , tell God to give you utterance and open your mouth and begin to speak . You can play a worship in background . The first first words might be be your own but the Holy Spirit will take over . Let Go and don’t overthink it . The Holy Spirit is not complicated , tongues is every believer .
