And it's so thin that usually we don't see it. It's floating everywhere, even over food. I dont know why my corns burn and it doesn't pop fully.i thought I put less oil but after putting much oil same happens ,maybe its temperature ,I did it too at high temperature it burns at low same happens
Nope as it will crystallise you have to pour it over while the caramel is still piping hot then once mixed with the popcorn transfer to baking sheet to cool down once cooled can transfer to a bowl

This recipe didn’t work at all, the popcorn is soggy. I’ve put it in the oven to see if I can savage it.
The oven helped it and I actually have crispy caramel corn. 180C for about 20 minutes in fan forced. Let it cool, then separate.
