I prefer East Coast & Italian pizza. However, L.A. neither lacks a signature pizza nor "notoriously" so. CALIFORNIA Pizza Kitchen, Spago? Hello, is this brain on?🎤🎤🎤
I'm another born and raised Pittsburgher here and this stuff doesnt look bad, but there isnt really anything here that i can see that makes it "Pittsburgh Style" whatsoever. Why did they slap that name on it?
Born and raised in Pittsburgh but have lived in Los Angeles for 20 years, and I was expecting it to be pizza topped with french fries. I am not sure how this is Pittsburgh.
Went to a pizza joint in Pittsburgh 30 years ago, they cooked the pie then threw on some extra cheese uncooked, peperroni too. They told me that was a Pittsbugh pizza.
👎👎 I was born and raised just North of Pittsburgh Pa. Nothing about this guy's style of Pizza says Pittsburgh. They didnt even mention if he does an "ohio river valley" style Pizza. ORV Style pizza has recently been catching attention on social media as "Pittsburgh Style" due to Betos in Pittsburgh, even though it all started at DiCarlos in Steubenville Ohio.
another great dish. thank you for the vlog and thank you for revealing another great food eatery.
The beard with no mustache is the most Pennsylvania thing I have ever seen in my life.
Best Pizza in Los Angeles, IMO, and I have lived here since the 70s,
after growing up back east and having great NYC pizza as the standard.

Exactly. BBQ chicken pizza has been an L.A. staple for 40 years. "Pittsburgh style" seems like a random assemblage of toppings.
Try Flame Pizza in Reseda, great wood fired pizza!
LETS GOOOO! GORILLA PIES

A' pizza is like a burrito, you can stuff it with anything edible.🍕🍕🌯🌮
Lactose intolerance and CKD, not conducive to “Pizza”. Maybe the Purple Cabbage rendition would work? All sound amazing.
Nothing authentic nor is this even close to Pittsburgh style...

inspired by Pittsburgh
@@ProudAmericanValdez also grew up in Pitt and live in LA. I was expecting Fiori’s lol
Oh my goodness, I hoped that this Pittsburgh Pizza Style Gorilla Pie Pizza 🍕 will be exciting!
If it doesn’t have a flop…it’s not really Pittsburgh style….and kimchi on a pizza….?….Pittsburgh would never

Must have been betos pizza
That’s Ohio Valley style, started at DiCarlo’s in Steubenville, Ohio.
It’s good, just odd.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh and I can tell you that Betos was the only place in that entire city who put the uncooked toppings on the pies.
Ohio valley style is great, probably perfect for college students on a bar crawl

Gorilla pies? That’s raciest!
