Little stronger mix and that stuff should have just melted off without using a turbo nozzle.
Appreciate the time yesterday. Look forward to your guidance. Lou
🤙🤙
Seems like the new 8gpm is working well for you. Glad to see it 👍🏼👍🏼
It is I love it
That high volume eat that fence up. It looks great. I hates fencing so bad. I did a three plank other day. I DID NOT charge enough haha. I did like 40 sections both sides. It was murder. If I hadn't hit it with about 5% I'd still been there. The customer said, he cleans it every year and gets it that clean. He's never hit it with SH ever. I missed a post with SH and know how clean you can get it without. I also know he hasn't cleaned it in the three years I've been driving by it either.
Yes the bleach first makes a difference! Turbo nozzle does the rest lol! People like to fib. I've had a few of those 🤣
Too bad it’s so loud because it’s so mesmerizing to watch a turbo nozzle all day, 8gpm gas rig’s been treating you well man. Love to see it!
Love the turbo 🌪
@@YoungAmbitionYA Yeah they’re good, I have a little 4gpm electric for when it’s absolutely necessary and it came with a turbo and a surface cleaner, I still need to get my hands on a JRod or a Ryobi twist type nozzle but they just dont seem to exist here!
I’ve got 4,000ft of vinyl fence, both sides next 💥
Danggg son 😅
Couldnt tell you how many times on the drive home Ive said to myself, Self you have forgot once again to take pics. lol
The worst! 🤣
All the time 🤦♂️
In the beginning I took thousands of pics and videos and now I never do lol
I recently said too myself! You need to start again😂
When you had your blue and red line for soft washing how did you flush out the chemical line pump if your water and chem was on different lines
On the chemical line, red hose, there's a GF valve manifold which is shown in the thumbnail here. Can also be seen in many older vids. That manifold blends straight water with straight bleach, both coming from independent tanks. To rinse the chem line, I just turn off the bleach valve and only water pulls through the red line
Supposed to buy my first unit tomorrow. Stuck between a GX690 with 8gpm General Pump or a Honda Fuel Injected 800 with 8gpm AR
The honda igx 800 8gpm AR is the exact machine I have. Check my recent truck walk-around video from Saturday. Shows that unit and how it runs. She's a beauty. Getting ready to share in the next week or so a full build sheet with everything you need to recreate my build. Every part and link
@@YoungAmbitionYA thanks man. Really on the fence. Everybody I've talked to says general pump is the way to go. But it's like Ford vs Chevy??
Yeah every one has brand loyalty. GP might have a better track record and maybe when I wear down this AR I'll try a GP, but this AR right now is an absolute beast and I have not thing bad to say about it. Crushes everything from 500psi to 2000psi. Haven't had a need to go above 2000 yet. I've only put 40hrs on it so far, so we will see
Hi Y.A.
Wow! a 100 gallon tank works great for house and fence washing.
I guess if you clean a lot of concrete you will need a larger tank. Just to keep up with that surface cleaner.
Thanks for this video
Michael C - (WA)
Yes 100 seems to be OK so far. No issues. Looking to get a surface cleaner soon so we will see
@@YoungAmbitionYA
That would be interesting to see with a surface cleaner.
Good luck and can't wait to see that video.
What size injector on the downstream side ..👍
2.3 brother
Did you pre-wet?
How has the 8GPM been treating you while surface cleaner? Looking into getting one for my AlumiMAX pro
It's great
What size water tanks do you use on your trailer for the 8 gpm? And how long can you pressure wash before you need to refill your water tank
100 gallons. I never wash unless tanks are hooked to water. I have Hudson float valves on each tank. Without a water hookup the tanks would be empty quick
Have you done a draw test to see if you pull more chem with a 2.1 vs 2.3?
I'm using a 2.3 and it definitely draws a good amount but handles everything. Even the thickest blackest siding. I probably use 5 gallons per wash where with 12v I was using 1-2 gallons. But everything melts off and my jobs went from 1.5 hrs to 40 min tops so I'm not too worried about the extra sh use. Better than screwing around with dwell
Nice machine, 8gpm where did you buy it from? If you don’t mind asking.
I got this from Panhandlepowerwashsupply.com
Quick “stupid” question… you handle a 38ft-40ft ladder by your self?
I rented one for a two story it was heavy
Mines a 32, but yeah it sucks lol
What % mix did you spray bro?🔥
1.25 house wash mix
Do those Huk boots run true to size? Or do I need to order a size bigger than normal?
They've always been true for me
True to size for me aswell.
True to size for me
Where did you purchase your skid from?
A company in Alabama. But what you see here is not how I bought it. I changed everything
Just curious as to why you didn't you use the blue gun on this job?
The blue gun is good for low pressure around 350-500 psi. Here I was using 2000psi. The orange ST2305 is rated to 5000psi and the 1/4 quick connect on the end makes it easy to go between the turbo nozzle and the M5
@@YoungAmbitionYA do you prefer the MTM hydro or the ST2305? Any real difference between them? I know the ST2305 is uncomfortable in the hand...
you use a 100 gallon tank for an 8gpm machine and dont have any issues draining all the water? why dont you think its getting 8gpm? im about to get a 8gpm myself so im curious. thanks!!
It flows about 8gpm. Always some friction and flow loss no matter what. I have issues with my tanks here and there but most of my jobs are city water so they have good flow to fill my tanks. Sometimes on wells I have to wait while it fills. If you have lots of well in your area get a bigger tank. You can run a 8gpm on a 50 gallon tank if your fill is strong enough
@@YoungAmbitionYA thankss man!!
Sometimes you need to break out the Turbo nozzle
Destroys all in its path 🌪
Too stingy with the SH my man, looks great tho
My profit margins would disagree. Plus I only get about 1.25% with my DS. Wasn't about to waste time pulling my 12v, even though I could have got 6%. But with 3000psi who needs the extra bleach? A little more elbow grease but less costs to me.
Knew you’d come around to downstreaming.
Enjoying it 🤙
OneRestore take that staining right out
I'll look it up!
You seem to like to wash from the bottom up, stop doing that.
no, makes no difference if you know what you’re doing, which you obviously don’t. wash 1000 houses a year and get back to me
