So, Brian Simmons is not ashamed for lying when denying that Jesus will come (minute 5:23) ignoring what the angels said after the ascension "This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.” Besides, Jesus is not reigning by proxy, or all the prophecies are wrong. I am glad his herectic Bible is being pulled off from every decent plataform.

@@jesusiseverything6935 What worries me is the church is being shaped into a new culture that doesn't put as much emphasis on the importance of clear accurate scripture in its original intended use and understanding. The passion bible has entire sentences, new thoughts and phrases that unique to this new version of Christianity that is arising and will only continue to arise as we get closer to the end.. The bible doesn't support a great revival at the end of days. quite the opposite in fact.

Scripture tells us that no one can say Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.
You test the spirits through the Holy Spirit. Gift of the Holy Spirit is called DISCERNING OF SPIRITS. You cannot test the spirits without this gift.
Many people for some really bizarre reason think they are super geniuses and can “test the spirits” through their carnal mind and feelings which is false.
Sit alone with God and ask Him what He thinks.
Heresy! Love by itself can't save man. It took Jesus to fulfill all the justice in our behaf, it was motivated by love, but justice was fully met. Is was what Jesus did that saves us, not love alone. This translations is incorrect, abusive, deceiving and mistaken. You can't bend the text to make it more emotionally appealing and call it "love".
It’s deeply upsetting and disturbing to see a new translation of the bible with many words and even sentences added, this is forbidden in scripture. Patrícia King hasn’t said it but I’ll say it, saints please test test test the spirit behind this new translation of the bible. Patrícia it is deeply disturbing that you are telling your viewers to “open” their mind and “heart” to this mans falseness!
Are you on a crusade against The Amplified Bible? Because it also adds shades of meaning lost is most translations. Kenneth Wuest's expanded translation does the same thing. The Expanded Bible does, too. Brian Simmons' approach might be unorthodox, but it isn't unique.

@@JewandGreek I am against a translation that unlike other translations has not been translated by a group of qualified bible translators which is the norm. I am against a translation where the translator is profiting massively from its sales, I am against a translation where the translator claims extra biblical revelation. The Bible does not say thru Great Tribulation we enter the kingdom of God. Acts 14 describes Paul’s travels and speaks of exhorting converts to continue in the faith because thru many tribulations we enter the kingdom of God. This confirms the Jesus’ prophesy in John 16:33 where he said his disciples would have tribulation in the world, but take courage because he’s overcome the world. To be clear, the Great Tribulation will be unlike anything in history, including the tribulation suffered by all saints beforehand.
Teaching that the Bible says that Jesus is coming within clouds, and that 8 times it says clouds are people, is the Etymology Fallacy because it switches the definition of the stem word with the definition of its root. He’s dealing with two different Greek words for “cloud”. The Greek word stem that’s always used to describe the Lord coming in the clouds is _nephele_ which means clouds in the atmosphere. The root of _nephele_ is _nephos_ which means a dense mass of something, including people. Two different words. Two different definitions. Also, _nephos_ is only used once in the New Testament (Heb 12:1) where it has nothing to do with the Lord’s coming, so I don’t know where he got the other 8 examples from, but they aren’t in the New Testament.
I could go on and talk about how the only people I’ve seen make that etymological error did so in the process of trying to debunk the Lord’s Rapture rescue before the great tribulation starts, but I will just say don’t follow anyone who allegorizes the Bible because that methodology leads in infinite directions, while the Truth only leads in one, and that’s found by reading it the way the men who wrote it did, the way Jesus did, literally. Oh, and leads me to the last point. Reading the Bible literally does not, as he claims, mean that you cannot also deal with figures of speech in the text like metaphors, so saying that it does is called the Straw Man Fallacy.

Here is a quote from one of the Students of the Early Church Fathers, Origen of Alexandria. The whole early church understood that the Law was written not just in a PSHAT level that he speaks about but in the level of the SOD or Spiritual! Hope it blesses everyone ❤️!

16.34ff Simmons: 'five times John uses the phrase antichrist. He never uses the definite article, h o in Greek ho (ὁ), the Greek definite article, 'the' antichrist is not in the bible. 'the' never occurs with 'antichrist'.
EXCEPT IT DOES! in 1 John 4.3b - '.. καὶ τοῦτό ἐστιν τὸ τοῦ ἀντιχρίστου..' 'and this is the [spirit] of the antichrist - τοῦ is the article in the genitive case. ὁ is the article in the nominative case.
Also Greek doesn't have an indefinite article (a, an in English), so it's not actually correct for Simmons to say that John doesn't use the 'definite article' ὁ. But that's a relatively minor point.
If Simmons had actually translated 1 John from Greek he would know this. But he doesn't know basic Greek, and in reality is cobbling together a new English fake 'translation' from real translations, adding and changing things to suit his purposes and predilections.

This video is very informative and helps to understand some of the things happening in the Church. The emphasis of the Love of God over the judgement based on Simmon’s subjective understanding. He removes basic premises of Theology with a sentence or two. She says she made up her mind and embraces all he says with no question because it pleases her. This is terrible.
I love this translation. Especially the Song of Solomon. It is all about pointing us to Jesus. Our King and Heavenly Bridegroom. If you don't like this translation then stay with what you are comfortable with. If it draws believers to a greater passion and love for God, isn't that what we want for ourselves and one another?
We do want a greater passion and love for Christ but not at the expense of twisting his scripture and making it say things that it doesn't actually say that's the opposite of loving Christ that's called being disobedient

It was originally written in HEBREW not English. So what you’ve been reading all this time ISN’T the original translation. This man is translating the Bible more accurately to its original language. The original writing IS GOOD ENOUGH, but YOU’VE NEVER READ the original writing. Unless, I suppose, you are fluent in ancient Hebrew? My guess is: you aren’t. Your logic is backwards.
@@ac-jn1iq I suggest you watch scholarly reviews on Mike Winger's channel, basically none of the scholars deem his work accurate for translation, Simmon's also doesn't have any accreditation in translating and ancient languages, which mission work colleagues of his can testify to, best thing to do with the TPT is to ignore it.

@@Lauren-28 yes, I know precisely who king James was and precisely what the Roman Catholic Church did to their versions, including the Dewey and Rheims Bible that was created during the protestant reformation. The point being is that we still have much closer manuscripts like the codex vaticanus, the Codex sinaticus and the Geneva which far predate the 1511 king James.

10.11. No, they didn't say 'you said 'destroy the temple''. They said 'you said 'I will destroy the temple'', (Mark 14.58) misquoting what he said in John 2.19.
He was so ahead of his time...I know I say this about a video only recorded 2 years ago. I am curious based on your statements in this video about discussing controversial passages, are you open to the thought that every person that died in Adam is made alive in Christ. The idea of everyone ultimately coming to knowledge and belief in Christ and confessing Him as Lord. The reason I ask is that this is essentially the position of the church in the first several hundred years, but is considered heresy in the western evangelical church of today.

will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no
more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean
spirit to pass out of the land.

live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD: and his father and

Then here is what those above verses mean:

In Zechariah 13:1 is that Christ is born and this Christ is the fountain
of the living waters of god that is given through Christ’s resurrection
unto Israel who desireth salvation from their sins.

In Zechariah 13:2 is that through Christ god shall remove forever from
Israel them that do Idol worship and them also who are false prophets
that claim to hear from god and speak on god’s behalf.

But those prophets are liars for god can only be found in the voice of
god’s true prophet who is Christ for according to Deuteronomy 18:15-19. This is where Christ is shown as a prophet of Israel, for god uses the word prophet in that 18:15-19
passage.

Then going to Zechariah 13:3. It means any prophet who prophesies with a
unclean spirit to try to cause Israel to seek to Idols and or unclean
sinful things:

Israel will know they are not of God for they will know that a real
prophet who prophesies of God in Jesus Christ and has a clean spirit:

That prophet will not encourage Israel to sin, but follow the
gospel of God that is found through Jesus Christ his son.

That is the gospel of the Kingdom and the good news which is preached to
every creature who needs salvation, as they chose to either hear or not
hear that gospel of the kingdom of God.

Zechariah 13:4 is in meaning of false prophets in Israel who speak on
god’s behalf as nonbelievers in Christ.

Zechariah 13:5 The word he is Christ is in reference to Zechariah 13:1
and back in Zechariah 13:5 where it says no prophet is in meaning I
Christ am not a false prophet for I am a true prophet for god’s works of
prophecy are in my life and god spoke of me in Deuteronomy 18:15-19.

Also, in Zechariah 13:5 Christ is the husbandman of Israel and Israel is my
cattle and man has taught me to keep my obligations to the cattle which
the word cattle is in meaning of Israel’s people.

The words keep cattle means god has commanded Israel ( starting from the
founding time of the creation of the nation of Israel ) to teach each
other concerning Israel’s personal obligations to the herds ( synagogue
church people ) of god which are the people of Israel.

In Zechariah 13:6 is the timeframe called the day of the lord when
Christ was crucified. Remember the day of the lord began with the birth
of Christ.

The wounds are in the hands of Jesus Christ and the friends are them who
are Israel and the church of that time. Israel and the church then,
were suppose to be a friend of Jesus Christ.

Even Moses was considered a friend to God and both: God and Moses spoke
like friends toward and to one another. That is how it is suppose with
us in Christ, in our Christian walk.

In Zechariah 13:7 is when Christ would be caught and crucified and the
result would be the spread of the gospel.

In Zechariah 13:8 the two parts I feel is the two kingdoms of Israel
being exiled and the third would not be punished because it is
Christianity.

In Zechariah 13:9:

God will judge Israel and exile them two times and bring them Back to be
Israel. After coming back. Then they that have came back to be Israel
in 1948.

Then those that have come back to Israel in 1948. They will hear the
gospel and consider their sinful ways that they need a savior.

And they [Israel] will accept Christianity. And they will therefore,
call upon the lord and God will hear them for they are Christians.

1 14:1 Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be
divided in the midst of thee.

2 In 14:1, it means that in the day of the lord, Israel shall go into
exile in 70 AD. And that when they are exiled in 70 AD, that the city
that is Israel and is Jerusalem, shall be taken by the gentiles and the
spoil called Jerusalem and Israel, they (Israel and Jerusalem) shall be
divided among the heathen until 1948 AD.

3 One should also understand that the day of the lord, it begins with
the birth of Christ Jesus and Christ's resurrection.

4 14:2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle;
and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women
ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the
residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

5 In 14:2, it means the heathen shall exile Israel in 70 AD. And also
in 14:2, the Israeli true nation, shall split, into two parts--one part,
is them being effected by exiling---second part, it is found, eternally
forever true,

6 As found, in meaning, only a remnant of people of Israeli descent,
shall return to Israel (Israel is also found through the term that is
seen as being a city)

7 City is the key to understanding this event in verse, 14:2 of
Zechariah, chapter 14. Remnant, is people who our found of Israeli true
descent. That is seen, as being, the term, city--of course
-
8 The term, that is called, residue. It is seen, as being, a remnant.
And the remnant city, it is called, Israel. And those of Israeli true
decent, they shall return to Israel, starting in 1948 AD and forever.

9 14:3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations,
as when he fought in the day of battle.

10 In 14:3, it means two things. One is seen, as being: That when
Israel is exiled in 70 AD, that starting in 70 AD, that christ Jesus
shall fight against the already exiled Israeli people with judgment,

11 (Zechariah 11:16 --the word shepherd in 11:16, it is christ Jesus---also, the word eat in 11:16,
it means to give judgment to the Israeli people survivors, who are seen
as the true, exiled Israeli people---of course in 1948AD, judgment
stops on the Israeli people, forever)

12 And, secondly it means: Christ Jesus shall stand up against those
heathen nations that exiled Israel at 70Ad, with judgments of god, and
also, it means, that god through Christ Jesus, is that god shall offer
salvation unto those heathen nations, that they may all repent in Christ
Jesus, forever.

13 Remember, while Israel is exiled that a remnant called Israel, is
found throughout all of the nations ( the word nations as it is found in
Zechariah 14:3) of the earth.

14 And judgment doth follow the survivors of Israel--until 1948AD. No
matter what nation it is. The only acceptation to this law of god, is
that if the nation be christian, then that christian nation, is exempted
from that fiery law, forever.

15 14:4 And, starting in and from 70 AD, Christ's feet, shall stand
in that day, upon the mount of Olives, which is seen before Jerusalem,
on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof
toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great
valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half
of it toward the south.

16 Another way to see this verse in Zechariah 14:4, is this:

17 And, starting in and from 70 AD, Christ's feet, shall stand in that

Prophet Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj has spoken about the mark of the beast and has even identified the false prophet. I say that for anybody who wants to dig into that. If I recall correctly, Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj has said that the mark of the beast will be the final test of the Church. Thank you for this fabulous interview! My heart rejoices at the spiritual Wisdom conveyed! I love the way Brian explains in the book of Revelation how many of “the judgments we think are against the world, are actually against OUR SELF-LIFE.” Yes, my spirit leaps at that revelatory insight!
So too with the Lake of Fire! Malachi 3:3 tells us how this Refiner’s Fire is meant to PURIFY (“puros” in the Greek) a priesthood! The Fire of God is meant to burn up that which opposes Christ within us. As such, “death and hell are THROWN INTO the Lake of Fire (Rev 20:14). “For the last enemy to be destroyed is death” (1 Cor 15:26).
Brian’s comment here is absolutely brilliant...that for the Kingdom to truly come, Christ (the Lamb of God) MUST SUBDUE the wolf (the carnal beast nature) within us, that they might dwell in peace together (Isaiah 11:6).
Thus the BLESSED point of the Book of Revelation is not the apocalyptic destruction of humanity, but rather THE UNVEILING OF CHRIST IN US (Col 1:27), as Christ truly establishes HIS THRONE of Rulership in our lives! So simple, yet so profound! “Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ IS IN YOU” (2 Cor 13:5). But He wants to be unveiled!

Biblically, your position is terribly flawed. While death and hell are thrown into The Lake of Fire, this place is called "the second death" (Revelation 20:14). The Bible is clear that it is a place of eternal punishment for the devil and those who have followed him (Revelation 20:10; Revelation 21:8). Revelation 21:8 tells us "But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” The Bible tells us that on judgment day, God will separate the sheep from the goats (the believers and unbelievers), and the unbelievers "will go away into eternal punishment" (Matthew 25:46). "These will pay the penalty of eternal destruction" (2 Thessalonians 1:9). Eternity is forever!
Jesus came to earth and died for our sins and rose again (1 Thessalonians 4:14), but the Bible is clear that we must believe/put our trust in Him and what He did for us in order for us to be saved (Acts 16:31)! We are told that we must "repent and believe the Gospel" (Mark 1:15) and call upon Christ to be our Lord and Savior (Romans 10:13). Please ask Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit. You will only be safe and united in Him once you believe! John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

That list of sinful behaviors is precisely what Paul refers to as the “old self” or carnal nature or the flesh (Gal 5:19-20). You may not think you need refining, but some of us recognize that we do. And thus the old self needs to be stripped, winnowed, and smelted away, so that Christ (who dwells WITHIN us) might become manifest in our lives (Col 3:9-12, Matt 3:11-12).
So the Book of Revelation is a book about the unveiling of Christ in our lives. Sure, it can be read in others ways. But this topic of “death” does not need to be taken LITERALLY, nor does this fire.
Paul says, “For I have been CRUCIFIED with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me” (Gal 2:20). This isn’t a literal death, right? Rather, "Those who belong to Christ Jesus have CRUCIFIED THE FLESH with its passions and desires" (Gal 5:24). So that we might walk by the Spirit! (Gal 5:16)
As we DIE to the old self, we come alive (we are resurrected) in Christ, who is our Resurrection Life (John 11:25). Paul thus quotes this baptismal hymn to the Ephesians… “Awake O Sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you” (Eph 5:14).
Baptism symbolizes this death and resurrection we are to walk out. As such there is a baptism of water, and there is a baptism of fire. There is a death symbolized in each.
Likewise check out Malachi 3:2-3, which gives us a clear picture of this Baptism of Fire refining a priesthood…“For He is like a Refiner’s Fire... And He will sit as a smelter and purifier of silver, and He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver.” (Mal 3:2-3)
Keep in mind that “God is Love” (1 John 4:8). Why would Love ever be okay with Eternal Torment? Why would any of us be okay with such an idea? Such turns us into monsters, devoid of all compassion. Such is contrary to every Fruit of the Spirit imaginable, especially Gentleness and Kindness (Gal 5:22-23)
Paul ministered REDEMPTION not from hellfire, but from the Law (Gal 4:5, 5:18). For the Law is what ministers WRATH and condemnation (Rom 4:15). Thus Paul refers to it as a "ministry of DEATH". (2 Cor 3:6-9). But in Christ there is no condemnation! (Rom 8:1). “For apart from the Law, sin is dead” (Rom 7:8).
Thus we must become partakers of a "new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit, for the letter kills" (2 Cor 3:6). Paul is thus explaining a new way of relating to Scripture, not literally, but mystically (1 Cor 4:1, 2:6-7). This is precisely what Brian is highlighting. The "sod" or mystery level of Scripture, rather than the "peschat" or literal surface level meaning of Scripture. Paul thus refers to this OLD COVENANT OF THE LETTER as a ministry of death. But the new covenant is meant to reveal the LOVE OF GOD and Spirit of Christ within us!
Thus all that condemnation, guilt, shame, wrath, etc. all get burned up in that Refiner’s Fire! So that refined and transformed, we might then become that Glorified Bride descending from heaven as the City of God (Rev 21:2). A City on a Hill shining with the Light of God’s Love for all the world to see (Matt 5:14).

"Christ consciousness," or believing that Christ is in everyone, is not Biblical, I'm sorry...Scripture is clear that we must put our faith in Christ and believe on what He did on the cross in order for us to be saved from hell (Acts 16:31). There is much more Scripture that could be referenced, proving that and that hell will be the destination of those who die in their unbelief/rejecting Christ. You didn't mention the verses I provided, which say that unbelievers "will go away into eternal punishment" (Matthew 25:46) and that they "will pay the penalty of eternal destruction" (2 Thessalonians 1:9).
God IS Love and, because of his great mercy, He gave men a way out of eternal punishment IF they put their faith on Christ alone. Him coming to earth as a human and dying a cruel death on the cross for our sins and rising again is unfathomable love, when all men sinned against Him. Romans 5:8 - "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." And Romans 3:26 says that Christ is the justifier of him who believes in Jesus. Many sadly do not believe however, and that is why they go to hell. There are many in hell right now, starting since the beginning of creation, and unbelievers will be suffering in hell from now until the end of the millennial reign of Christ on earth until judgment day, when Christ opens up the books as holy Judge. That will be when those in hell will be thrown into the lake of fire. Christ is loving, but He is also just and righteous. People already suffering in hell for thousands of years up until judgment day already shows you how serious sin is to God. God never wanted this for man, but He gives us free will to choose Him or not.
John 3:36 - "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." God poured His wrath out onto His holy Son Jesus for our sins, but the Word is clear that we MUST receive His free gift of love by putting our faith on Christ and what He did for us on the cross!

Wow, you seem really eager to see people suffer. I thought FAITH is the substance of what is HOPED for (Heb 11:1). Is that what you really are HOPING for, lots of people suffering forever if they don’t believe exactly like you?
Such makes God sound like an extortionist. Believe, or else. Such a coercive deity, who apparently can’t forgive unless someone pays dearly...in blood! You realize that is neither Love, nor forgiveness, right? That is simply PAYMENT for sin, which is what Law is all about…sin, condemnation, and wrath.
Meanwhile, this is what God desires… “God desires for ALL to be saved and come to a knowledge of the Truth” (1 Tim 2:4). Perhaps you should think about bringing your faith into alignment with what God desires…to restore ALL of creation…and thus to sum up ALL things in Christ (Eph 1:10, Acts 3:21).
Meanwhile, Love keeps no record of wrongs and forgives freely (1 Cor 13:5). It’s the Law that wants justice and payment. Your version of Christianity is very rooted in LEGALISM. Which is why you are still relying on SACRIFICES of atonement, as necessary UNDER LAW.
Whereas apart from the Law, sin is dead. (Rom 7:8). As such, Jesus says, “Go and learn what this means, “I desire COMPASSION, NOT SACRIFICE!” (Matt 9:13, 12:7)
As such, you are mistaking a violent atonement theology (known as penal substitutionary atonement) for the gospel. An idea that wasn’t even taught until the Protestant Reformers modified Anselm’s Satisfaction Theory of Atonement, which was also very steeped in legalism.
In contrast, Paul’s good news is REDEMPTION from the Law and the revelation of Christ in us…not escape from eternal hellfire (Gal 4:5, Col 1:27, 2 Cor 13:5)! For “God has sent the Spirit of His Son INTO OUR HEARTS!” (Gal 4:5-6). “Therefore, you are no longer a slave, but a son!” (Gal 4:7)
Paul’s big news is that we are being built up in the Spirit into the Dwelling Place of God (Eph 2:22). For we are the Living Temple (Spiritual House) of God being built of many Living Stones (1 Pet 2:5, 1 Cor 3:16).
Meanwhile, you should be careful trying to build too much theology out of parables, which we are told are meant to HIDE the mysteries of the kingdom (Matt 13:10-13). And if you want to better under the parable of the sheep and goats, you should take a look at Ezekiel 34, where that language of judgment is first used. Who is Ezekiel judging with that language? Sinners? No. Leadership, for not caring for the flock! (Ezek 34:2, 17)
Ezekiel thus refers to SELFISH SHEPHERDS as “male goats” (Ezek 34:17). As do other prophets such as Zechariah… “My anger is kindled against THE SHEPHERDS, and I will punish the MALE GOATS.” (Zech 10:3)
If you pay more attention to Scripture, Jesus wasn’t condemning sinners. He was healing and loving and eating with those in need (Matt 11:13). It wasn’t Jesus condemning sinners, it was the religious legalists (John 3:17). Perhaps you would be wise to reflect on that profound difference between legalism and love!
And thus the parables of judgment are primarily aimed at one specific group of people, the LEADERS. Because that’s what Hebrew prophets do, they hold leadership accountable!
Just read the many "woes" of Matthew 23, which come just before the sheep and the goats parable in Matthew 25. Likewise, Matthew 21 tells us that the LEADERS were upset because they understood that Jesus’ parables of judgment were SPEAKING ABOUT THEM…
“When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard His parables, they understood that he was SPEAKING ABOUT THEM.” (Matt 21:45)

Patricia says that people are afraid of controversy. That we must open our hearts and minds. whatever you hear folks, test it against scripture. If what you hear is NOT in the bible, then it isn't true...simple! God's word is final and above all!
