According to the 2023 Community Survey, community satisfaction has increased upwards of 20% in customer service across multiple departments, which can be traced back in part to the decision by Town Council to create a new 311 service for the Town. Since the launch of Holly Springs 311 in May just last year, we've received 33,811 calls, 2,926 app downloads, and 4,412 service requests!
