How is it treating you? I love Milwaukee and almost bought that exact deal last week, but the Bosch bulldog was on sale at Amazon and I decided on the Bosch.
I believe that it is, although I haven't seen any ports, or removable tabs for brushes on the body of the tool itself. It could probably have a universal motor as well.
It produces sparks so yes it definitely is. You'll only see brushless motors used with cordless tools. The biggest advantage of brushless tools is it saves on battery life.
The Bulldog is good, but it depends on your budget, not everyone can afford a Bulldog, and not in every part of the world are those products available with quality after sales service as well.

Usually they come with bits when you order from the US and the small tube of grease

The bulldog is trash compare to this. Check out the specs. And yes the have the Bosch
