Thanks for the video Marc. DO you happen to have more of essentials movements for back and wingman when engaging with defense and how to play in the right interval? Thanks in advance.

very enlightening. Is there a video on the very basic stuff. specifically, how to teach new kids catching, passing and movement.

Throwing Right arm means jump on Left leg. Otherwise You'll Make The pointing angle smaller. So throwing Right hand means that You have left knee forward

tja.tja _02 well, I've been a profesional winger for 7 years now and it's pretty hard to do it.
First of all, after the shot, fall on your back and then go back with your legs(1 of them in front and one of them behind)
NEVER GO BACK ON YOUR NAPE! you can get an injury, roll behind on a part without letting your nape touch the ground
AFTER the first foot hit the ground the other one has to be in midair(DO NOT LET THE FIRST LEG HIT THE GROUND WITH THE KNEE cause' it won't be as fast as it is suppost to be(of course you need a lot of muscle on the feet and a lot of training but by exercising you will master it)

Firmly Striker in a match i'm able to do it very well. But in the training i dont..

tja.tja _02 it's ok to do it just in matches, because you have to get up very fast to go back in defence. It doesn't matter too much if you can not do it in the training sesion
But,as I said, if you want to do it at training, just exercise.

Am I wrong to say that his arm isn't in the right position to shoot for a wing? He keeps his arm in a 90° angle. I think he needs to get his arm almost horizontally just before the ball lefts the hand so he can get past the goalkeeper with the ball.
But great exercices for learning how to jump. :-)

He throws too early, if you wait to throw just before your feets touch the ground you have a way better angle
