A good friend knew someone who was visiting from Europe and went Sichuan. He said he wanted to spend a few years travelling around China eating as many different dishes China could provide. After about 5 years he was still in Sichaun trying to try all the dishes there. True story. I have had the pleasure to travel around parts of Sichaun. The food, people, history, culture and beautiful country was one of the most memorable experiences I have ever experienced. Thanks again Mr Erping.
Chinese cuisine is unique and delicious. I have tried it in both in Greece and Central Europe. Watching all these dishes, I realized that I haven't been in a Chinese restaurant for a while. Good work 👍
As fancier of peppers of all varieties and intensities these dishes are some of my favorites. Cashews with chicken are a great combination with great pepper complement and delicious sauce. Always enjoyed with fine tea in a peaceful setting.
There are many fine green tea in mainland China such as Mt Emei green tea, West Lake dragon spring green tea etc. Due to soil and water pollution the green tea quality is affected. In addition these well known teas are hard to get and lot of fake teas are in the market. Oolong tea from Taiwan is safer in terms of quality control.
I for one cannot tolerate the mildness of jalapeños on the daily sandwich and use seranos instead. My taste buds are comfortably numb from the presentation🌶️
Hah! I just tried Szechuan peppercorns last week in a dish unaware of what it was. Initially delighted, then a little unnerved when the tingling kept going strong. I didn’t know what to make of it. How coincidental that wonderful Mr Erping educated me on this curious and delightful flavor.
Wah... What a mouth watering presentation... Hope to have more like this.... But where ever there is CCP ... EITHER you have a heart ache OR a stomach ache ...☺️☺️☺️

This is my favorite style of Chinese food, extra spicy please! 👍👍👍 Habanero chili pepper is my daily go to. Yum
