  • Alexandr, a blind boy from Sochi, Russia, has always dreamed of playing a pipe organ. I just got to film part of his adventure. Sweet boy, filmed almost 3 years ago in Pasadena. He plays the organ for the first time.

He sees through his music. Wow! What a incredible young man. I have a feeling we will hear more about him in the future. I hope he listens to Andrea Bocelli!

Wow, thats really amazing! Imagine what hé could do with a larger Pipe Organ including the pedals as well.'Please keep playing Alexandr. This is how I first started the Pipe Organ. I used to just make it up as I went along and it sounded great. I still play like this today and people are amazed. truly it is God who has given you such talent! Keep playing as much as you can. try using the pedals too.

Alexandr, try taking some lessons... There were any number of FAMOUS French pipe organists of world acclaim -- such as Jean Langlais. Really composed music, too, and learned how to play by note -- using braille! So, do not ever think of giving up, comrade. You are an inspiration -- to even us sighted organists, who do not see true music creation as clearly as you obviously do! Your musical creation rivals that of Johann Sebastian Bach, who came in second for a church position in Hamburg. Imagine
