We need term limits for all 3 branches of the federal government. Well, there’s already 2 term limits for the Presidency. But we also need them for all positions in Congress and the SCOTUS.

Congress can pass whatever they want, and the court needn't necessarily abide by it, unless it's a statutory power granted to the legislature over the judiciary branch explicitly. Why not begin with Term limits for Congress and the Senate?
First, the Senate is half of Congress. Second, if you look at the current Congress, especially the House, the craziest elected officials, in both parties, are the newer ones. Not only are they extremists, but exert much more effort in causing spectacle, to get donations, than in legislating.
Until they have term limits for both houses of Congress I don't want to hear any proposals on term limits for the Supreme Court.
Essentially having to be voted back in is a type of term limit.
