- Sun in the 12th house is not welcome as it may lead to many health problems. 12th house is not a good house in general as it is connected to loss, health problems and problems of the bed. Serious health problems are indicated when the person is 36 years old. He may be accused of killing a cow. The pleasures of the bed may be elusive to such a person. Leprosy is indicated if the 6th house lord is conjunct the Sun in the 12th house. However under certain conditions there are no problems. Does this configuration does cancel the bad effect of this placement of sun in 12th with malefic. 2. Does saturn in this placement call malefic as the depositor of 12th house in deep exaltation?

since health is at a 'loss' with sun in 12th house, let us 'lose health'(work hard) by helping especially the sick, old and the needy.
Pay taxes on time, take care of father, father-like figures, donate main food = wheat, rice; train people such that they get self confidence... help the needy with caps and cool shade... (plant trees for shade, also helps environment).

Well said sir , and please dont take all cook books and there by confuse yourself , just go with varamithra and brigu . rest all modern writers without much wisdom . as far as sun in 12th means person irreligious or apostate , foreigner . and for a girl this placement is very good in terms of relationship with father . generally they say any planet in 12th will give best results as per their karaktwa ,if venus in 12th means happiness from spouse , mars in 12th helpful siblings . mercury in 12th highly educated . etc .. .

Thanks for a good video. I have been searching internet for Sun in 12th house effects. My sun is in 12th bhava and I don't have any of these issues till now and in Sun mahadasha now. It is started four months back. I am a cancer lagna and sun & Budha in Midhuna rasi both in bhava and rasi chart. Sun is in kendra from lagnadhipathi chandra (in Meena rasi) and Jupitor (Kanni Rasi).
+Prasad L K You must immediately do a Mrityunjaya Japa Homa as you are going through the dasha of the lord of the 2nd and especially because it is placed in the 12th. Read the comment by Mayur Gondhalekar below and learn how to do the remedies. Never ever say the negative effects have not worked so far. Say Thanks to GOD that it has not worked so far. Touchwood.
