- Hello, friends! Today I'm posting a full video about how I spent winter, spring, summer, autumn and winter again in my cozy forest dugout. It will be very interesting! Enjoy watching!

Loved this video. Nice location and fantastic use of minimal tools. The wash station, the stove, even the redo on the plastic tarp for roofing which required a lot of muscle removing the old sod and replacing it with dirt and sod...wow! The outdoor table and log chair! I would love a little place like this. Even the garden!

Sure wish you had even a few subtitles so I could have a clue about what you were doing. You would hold people's interest longer. You are so lucky to have such an asset to "play" in!
Very cool! The fun of this is you're never bored because you're always thinking about improvements to make life easier and more comfortable, and your time is occupied by doing this. If it was an actual survival situation you would also be hunting.
A good and necessary job on cleaning out your cabin of wood rats! A mask was an excellet idea cleaning up thos pesky wood rats! Cute but distructive little pests! Fixing the roof was another good idea and just in time! You must have some knowledge in eating mushrooms and there are many. Lucky you, I love wild mushrooms. Build another after this one and will be perfect cause now you have learned a lot on this one. Not bad, mine you just a lot left out for the next one. Thank you, fun to watch! Good luck on your garden, many of the smaller animals will thank you if you don't take heed of their coming. Again, thank you, I look forward to that garden! I know tips and tricks (or bush craft hacks) aren't always appreciated, but when it comes to fine chopping wood an old lumber jack taught me a good trick. Just hold the piece of wood at the bottom with one hand and chop with the other. That way you don't have to remove your hand when chopping.
Why did you remove all the insulation and straw ? Is it because of mold or Vermin ?? Love your dugout cabin!

I watched the full video and I really liked the visuals and simplicity.
You must have been dealing with mold when you went back to the shelter. I think the smell of mold appears after every summer if there is no underfloor heating and ventilation, and if there is no complete insulation against soil moisture (cellar effect, condensation on cold surfaces).
Did you eat off the land the whole time you were there? Very inspiring to see you plant grass herbs and onions. Have been enjoying watching your videos. Keep them coming please. ❤❤❤❤

You need to put a sideways joint at the top of you chimney stack like the one at the bottom going into the hut, so the snow dosent fall inside of it. You did an amazing job just beautiful ❤️

Very nice lifestyle. The only thing keeping me from doing this life style is my extreme acrophobia. I say that because I know people who live like this in the forest on flat land but most of the places I would want to do this at are in extreme elevation areas.
