Looks like you're ahead of the game, keep it up as one these days its going to start drying up and in no time you'll be planting. We never started planting till after Easter cuz it gave the ground more time to warm up and then we had a good stand or population. And lately the guys around here have been jumping right into beans after corn. Good luck love your videos and tell the family Hello.

I would use a p-clip for the pipe as I see a free hole on the frame. Stops the rubbing more and you can still see fluid in the pipes. Cover the plastic fittings so when the sun comes out they don't split. Great video an content once again. 👌

Not trying to spend your money, but now would be a good time to find cheap spares of some of the elbows and fittings while the tanks empty. Because you can just about guarantee one them will crack or break when you're trying to finish before it rains.

You can get the teeth and clips at tractor supply for just about the same amount. I have an older model 256.

Definitely a different kit then what I’ve seen. Ours you can change the quick connect on the pump with a line to the drum and use the same pump to fill the tank. It’s real slick for filling up quick in the field.

Can you flip the tank around so the fill is on the other side? Would make it so you don't need to jump the hitch or run around the tractor to fill it.

HEY TRAVIS ANOTHER AWESOME VIDEO. TAKE SOME OLD HOSE AND SPLIT IT AND MAKE IT ATTACHED TOO THE METAL BRACKET. KIND OF LIKE A GROMMET.

For a clean look you could look up rubber trim at mcmaster thatll fit nicely on the metals edge. You could use it on everything, that lines and wires pass through, not just this.

As long as the fill tank level is lower than the fill location on the baler tank, when you shut down after filling, have the baler tank valve off and the fill line hose valve or valves in the on position when you unhook slowly the preservative will backflow in the fill line back to your tank. Then close the valve at the end of your fill hose near the coupler to the baler tank, and your good to go.
This is what we do for the starter on our planter, and we don’t lose any fertilizer to the ground, except a couple drips.

You made some good progress. Keep it going. Very soon your time will be at a much higher premium, so it's good to get these smaller projects out of the way. The rake will be good to see when done, but it's far from urgent. Thanks for the update.

I'm guessing the left front tire of your tractor needs some attention? Finish one job and start another. That's every day for a farmer.

you should consider putting the filter in front of the pump so if you get junk in the tank it wont pass thru the pump and ruin it. its better than buying a $150 pump. i learned it from experience.

1/2" foam pipe insulation would protect the hose from chafing and doesn't look horrible
