The reason for the site crashing is Top Gear were that impressed, they put a link to the download on their website and FB account. Last time they made a drive (no pun intended) like that, Aston Martin sold their years quota of DB9's so I hope people are donating big time! Fantastic work, will wait my turn.

Pepakura is one of the software packages I use for papercrafting and it works with my plotters which I use to cut the templates with.

Yes, I'm still completely capable of getting paper cuts.
I used a similar method to make ODST armor(from the Halo video games.) Did you use Pepakura to develop the print outs or another program? And how did you transfer the data so preciously to the cutters? Every time I attempted something similar, it seemed to fail.
Would love to know, would make my projects so much easier.

The plotters/cutters I use are called Silhouette SD. You can find them on Google.

110 lb cardstock paper, letter size. Any craft glue will do.

Meant to say "sold their years quota of DB9's overnight". The problem is you are exceeding your bandwidth limit but I have managed to get through to the templates page, which means some are getting through to the Veyron template and others. I just hope you are getting some donations for all your hard work.
Out of curiosity, are you printing them first and then running them through the cutter? It's hard to tell with the speed of the video and to be honest, I have only recently looked at cutters.

Got my site up and running again with the PDF templates on a different server. The video is purely for entertainment. It's not meant to be a tutorial. You print the PDF templates and cut it by hand.

And to those talking about this one person killing trees or even the forests, use that air heads of you guys and think about it. This guy bought the papers. The papers were processed in factories. Tress were supply to the factories. Trees were chopped down by the companies that do timber you bloody air heads. In simpler words for you air heads, this guy did not chopped the trees or destroyed the forest. Your arguement is invalid.

you should use 110 pound card stock.
Anyway you could send me the names of the plotters and stuff in a message? Cutting was always the most time consuming part of making stuff with that. x.x
I though: "Wow lets watch it. Maybe I can make one. Yeah, I'll make one." Then watched it: " OMG! How will I make it? Not enough time, paper..." I don't think I'll be able to make it now... I was thinking it was something like 1-2 pieces of paper and 5 mins of work...

Sorry, ran out of characters. It will die down in a couple days but beware of reposts, TG have a tendency to do that from time to time. I understand that the video was not a tutorial and my question was just out of curiosity. I have been looking at buying the same cutter but to use it for scoring plastic sheets for modelling projects, rather than the cutting of paper or card.

At first I was going to make this.... then I realized it's 2.5ft, 159 parts, and 44 pages... mehh I'll do smaller origami pieces that'll fit in my room lol
But this shit is crazy dope, I still want one!!!
You can use regular copy paper, but your Veyron will end up looking like a wreck. Might be cool though.

fair does what love to make something like this but suck at D.T and paper craft might try and make it when i'm older but right now theres no chance.
