If you still wanna know, this is probably being recorded on streamed radio. I do the same as well, and EAS alerts do get sent out on radio for my local area. Check some of your local radio stations to see if they have any sort of like online streaming.

@@mo_chiptu thanks for the heads up! About a year or so ago. I was able to find an app that allowed me to record radio stations in and exportable file format. So that I can post a Videos on UA-cam.
