Ivan Ooze was the villain from the first film and yes Jason David Frank was the original evil Green Ranger who then became the White Tiger Ranger and leader of the Rangers. Afterwards he became the Red Zeo Ranger, the Red Turbo Ranger and lastly the Black Dino Thunder Ranger. Every time Tommy came back it increased his status within the Power Ranger community making him the greatest Power Ranger of all time. In an alternate timeline he became a Ranger Warlord killing other Power Rangers in the Multiverse. This was known as Lord Drakkon.
Technically...power rangers do kill....they just don't kill people...or humans at least. And they don't phrase it that way even though it's technically what they are doing. What do you think happens to the monsters, aliens, and robots when they explode?
Actually the real scorpion would win and most of all you cannot kill something that is already dead with a spawn that is undefeatable... It's just that simple... Plus if he would have took the anybody to the depths of hell, you will lose quickly...
