Here's what i think about video: First that guy looks likes he is lonely as there is no one at home, then he received parsel in that he found one doll and pill, he searched for that but he didnt find it on net. so he drink that pill and he become male doll and after that he climed his bed and he reached at the top of box he recieved early. so there is doll inside as we know ,so he helped her to get out of that box , then he iterally fall in love with her and having sex ,movie,bath etc with her . after that both slept but the girl woke up and reached at window and looking at the flying birds and nature ,the boy also reached their and the girl gave him pill to get into his the normal life. message is you should try everything in your life ,not all give pain and if you are lonely you should try to enjoy nature and get out of your house to see how world is beautiful :)
