John Calipari takes these kids who are raw steel, and put them through the fire. Then out comes a sword!! The fire is the pressure of playing at Kentucky at a high-level. No other fan base will put you through the fire like Kentucky. He also teaches you what you need to know. A players that transfers out of Kentucky screams to the NBA that they are not NBA maternal! The best thing for a player to do is develop at Kentucky until he’s ready to go even if it takes four years.

Cal may not win it all every year but he will put UK in the best position to win it all every year more than any other coach. Just think had Villanova gave up on Jay after 15 years of not delivering? The fact that Cal hung a banner in the first 5 years spoiled a lot of fans.

As a life long Cats fan this was that full circle moment. Kentucky being back to Final 4's, Championships and NBA talent going back to 2009-2010 until present day no college team or coach has produced more Pros than the Cats.
