5:58 this is a great frame which shows that the Sonys run in this video is wayyy quicker than every other run performed on this model in contrast to the samsung which results lay below average. Very interesting and I think kinda important.

That graph shows the result of every other Xperia1 or Galaxy S21 Ultra tested so you can compare the result of your device to other devices tested :) You can see on the S21 that the result of this device is below average within all S21's tested.
Excellent as long as we understand that Speed Test G is the only speed test that really matters, not touching apps on the screen and seeing which animation is faster.
And Speedtest G isn't the best as well. Huawei phones usually do a lot worse in his GPU tests, but in Genshin it's ahead of Samsung. Speedtest G doesn't work well with Mali GPU's .

The Xperia 1 III, 5 III and 10 III are amazing phones sadly due to their release cycle they come in between the Galaxy's, MI's and Iphones so their price is often times what sinks them but as far as I can see (and I've owned many Sony phones since the original Z) they usually are the most complete phones you can get.
His benchmark have some weird score its the same score as all the s10 series so this video just make you think sony is more faster than samsung ultra phone
I'm still using xperia xz premium as my second phone. The first is xperia 1II. Later i will switch to 1III. The xz premium is actually good, super smooth. And the 4K display still as stunning and beautiful, no burn out.

@@Zagredof The screen is better? The Xperia 1 III has a higher resolution display. Camera is on par, sometimes the 1 III is better, sometimes the S21 Ultra. Battery is physically bigger on the S21 Ultra but due to better optimisation on the 1 III they have the same battery drain. Speakers are about the same and design is personal preference.

@@Zagredof TechNick set the Xperia 1 III to Creator mode. If you have a Samsung phone, set it to Natural color mode and it'll basically look the same. The camera is only behind is *extreme* darkness. If you look at other comparison videos, the Xperia 1 III actually beats the S21 Ultra in low light. Other scenarios it is actually neck and neck. As I've said design is personal preference. Some hate notch/hole punch, some hate bezels. And the Xperia 1 III has a fingerprint sensor, it's on the power button

I do not think fans buy Samsung for speed, optimisation or performance, they are really just hardcore fans that love the bloat of all the features. Having an S20U I can confirm that with updates battery life has taken a hit and performance, though not great due to Exynos, has got worse. I would not buy another Galaxy phone again as they are overrated and the affiliated YT community really market it hard. Of course, it is not a bad phone (the s21U SD888, my S20U Exynos sucks) but there are better and Sony is yet another that I would prefer if you do not want a bloated skin?
So Samsung still is doing this, I had 5 Exynos Samsungs phones and one Snapdragon. The Snapdragon one is the only one that didn't Potato itself over the years.

idk how many noticed but on Xperia the loction of home button changed as per layout (i.e horizontally and vertically) but on Samsung it remained in the same place ..it's such a small detail but decreases the amount of irritation you'd have to face just to flip your phone vertically to swipe the home button..it's just wow

Let's take a moment to appreciate how fast smartphones have become overall. Pick either, you should get insane speed for a minimum of 3 years, but more ideally 4 plus.
The question is, can they remain this fast even after a year of use? Idk about Samsung, but Sony phones were never known to slow down after even 3 years of usage, and this is according to many Xperia XZ Premium users saying that their devices are still as fast as they were in day one.
I believe this phone could fight to the Iphone 13 pro max it would have a lower benchmark score but its screen and audio streaming is still much better and even the integrated speakers are awesome. Sony just camed back!

Furthermore, the speakers on Sony are front fireing, meaning you can better hear it outside at lower volumes, and other people would mind it less, since it isn't fireing in their direction. More sound for you, less annoying to others.

This is obvious that Sony's problem is marketing, not making perfect phones.
Its not only marketing. few seconds faster doesn't make a phone great... Samsung for example its little bit slower at opening apps but its better at every other sectors... Screen ,camera, battery, speakers, design (sonny still have huge bezels on screen), screen finger print(sony doesn't have), now Samsung have spen also,audio quality. This is why people pay all this money for Samsung
@@Zagredof The screen is better? The Xperia 1 III has a higher resolution display. Camera is on par, sometimes the 1 III is better, sometimes the S21 Ultra. Battery is physically bigger on the S21 Ultra but due to better optimisation on the 1 III they have the same battery drain. Speakers are about the same and design is personal preference.
@@Zagredof Do you believe me if I say I've been only using Samsung as a smartphone starting with Note 1? But I believe Sony phones are great, too. Problems come from marketing and timing as well as other communication absence. This is my opinion of course.

For example as you can see from the compere video sony quality looks like the old Samsung s4 and Samsung is gorgeous so beautiful. The camera not only in zoom is better but also in quality in details in low light its much better on Samsung also in design and with those big sony bezels that reduce the screen size and also sony still doesn't have screen finger print. Sony its 5 years behind that other companies they only have same Qualcomm Snapdragon processor... Thats why people doesn't buy those phones.
@@Zagredof TechNick set the Xperia 1 III to Creator mode. If you have a Samsung phone, set it to Natural color mode and it'll basically look the same. The camera is only behind is *extreme* darkness. If you look at other comparison videos, the Xperia 1 III actually beats the S21 Ultra in low light. Other scenarios it is actually neck and neck. As I've said design is personal preference. Some hate notch/hole punch, some hate bezels. And the Xperia 1 III has a fingerprint sensor, it's on the power button

I do not think fans buy Samsung for speed, optimisation or performance, they are really just hardcore fans that love the bloat of all the features. Having an S20U I can confirm that with updates battery life has taken a hit and performance, though not great due to Exynos, has got worse. I would not buy another Galaxy phone again as they are overrated and the affiliated YT community really market it hard. Of course, it is not a bad phone (the s21U SD888, my S20U Exynos sucks) but there are better and Sony is yet another that I would prefer if you do not want a bloated skin?
So Samsung still is doing this, I had 5 Exynos Samsungs phones and one Snapdragon.
The Snapdragon one is the only one that didn't Potato itself over the years.
@@fa14bi-78 The worst part was that in the US they got great trade-ins for their S20U SD version but in the UK, Samsung expected us to lose £700 in a year to trade-in! Of course, I get that like us, Samsung did not want millions of S20U Exynos coming back as they would find it tough to find mugs to buy them, but it is shocking and people should know?

@@pixels_per_inch On my S3 I noticed that the CPU just wouldn't clock over 0.2Ghz, no matter what. Giving it a 226 Points score in Geekbench 3. After rooting and force clocking it to 1.4Ghz, the score went back to the usual 1710 points.
idk how many noticed but on Xperia the loction of home button changed as per layout (i.e horizontally and vertically) but on Samsung it remained in the same place ..it's such a small detail but decreases the amount of irritation you'd have to face just to flip your phone vertically to swipe the home button..it's just wow

Sony Phone needs to come back to India. My favorite cell phone is Sony. My brother bought a Sony z1 phone in 2013 and I liked it so much that I also wanted to buy a Sony phone during my college days but recently Sony is not coming to India much. Sony will later sell its best phones in India.

Idk about Samsung, but Sony phones were never known to slow down after even 3 years of usage, and this is according to many Xperia XZ Premium users saying that their devices are still as fast as they were in day one.

@Ömer Erim although some people prefer 20:9 over 21:9, I wouldn't see having dead pixels on your screen a pro thing. Furthermore, the speakers on Sony are front fireing, meaning you can better hear it outside at lower volumes, and other people would mind it less, since it isn't fireing in their direction. More sound for you, less annoying to others.
