There are ways to get more power out of the trial boss like a bore kit and larger carburetor and some other things like that. I’m keeping mine original just because. But I understand wanting to add more power.
Is the pull start gripping the flywheel? If it is and the engine still won’t turn over I might take off the clutch cover and maybe try to spin the motor over where the clutch connects to the engine and possibly take out the spark plug so there will be less compression inside the engine.
I have a Polaris scrambler 400 and I have done the v Force carbon fiber reeds aaen racing pipe Mikuni 38 mm flat slide carburetor and I’m not even close to the horsepower that you say you have. I was just curious what have you done to yours to make it 70+ horsepower? I read that stock horsepower on these machines are around 40 to 45.
The Scrambler making 60-70hp 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 man that was a good laugh. That Scrambler is maybe 25hp at best. My 2008 Polaris Outlaw 525 is only about 45hp and will walk that Scrambler all day long!
They run 38 stock when new or with a fresh rebuild they should be around 38 as well. Scramblers with a full build and a big bore to 440 from rcr will push 80 some hp
so they caaan fit lol, I have a rotax 583 I wanna put on my scrambler once the engine goes. Were you able to hook up to the polaris gearbox or did you jackshaft it?
Is the trail boss upgradable for more power? I’m new to this 4 wheeler thing and I just got the same one

@@mwggarage1968 yeah I was doing research seems like I’m gonna keep mine stock also and if I want more power later just upgrade the hole quad

I changed it in the description of what it most likely is. It was hard finding out exact numbers.
Thank you for watching my videos.

Scrambler will tear the trail boss up stock what u mean😂
Mogę kupić Polarisa Trial Boss 400 2 T . Obawiam się że ma ogromne zużycie paliwa. Czy pali dużo więcej niż 4 T?

I have the same polaris trail boss with a 570 twin snowmobile engine she's like a banshee with almost twice the power

Stock Polaris 400 2 stroke makes 38 hp
Thank you for the information

Lol.... These don't have anywhere near 70hp...
My mistake I did some research that was wrong. Thank you for watching
scrambler 400 stock has 50 hp
Thank you for the info. For some reason when doing research I found it to be 70 hp and it seemed wrong when I read it but I didn’t know any better.
