Thanks for the unboxing, Talismam 5th Edition has gotten my 5yr old into modern gaming and he's asking to play almost everyday. Can't wait to add this expansion so we can play co-op.
@@supercommando440 I think I just replied to you on BGG. The cards they removed make sense for two reasons… you don’t need offensive “gotcha” spells when you’re playing a co-op game. And removed removed some of the Adventure deck to balance difficulty and ratio with the newly added Villains and the doom tracker. You can add those Adventure cards back in, but it will make the Trial easier.
There are five mystery boxes and five secret envelopes to open when you beat each Trial. I think it’s a safe assumption that they will contain playable character minis. I haven’t beaten the first trial yet though so I have not opened them up.

wow thats a bummer... I absolutely hate it when expansions have us remove components/cards from the base game. 26 cards to remove is a lot imo.

Does this expansion add solo play for Talisman? Is it worth it for solo play? That's my main interest in purchasing this expansion.
@@ChinDogToshi no, it adds co-op play. That said, if you wanted to play this solo, you could do that by playing two characters.
