One major improvement you can do is get a new fan shroud with a new fan clutch. very underestimated when you replace both of these items. fan shroud atleast in hot areas is critical to the cooling of these along with the fan clutch. replacing these and your jeep shouldnt even touch 210 lol also cooler ac as well.
also a little tid bit there are people whom swap out the fan clutch for a heavy duty zj clutch and while the temperature never moves basically youll also be roaring everywhere you go as its a way more aggressive engagement point. so sacrifice driver comfort/noise for improved cooling

I suggest trying to find a 96-04 nissan pathfinder. Those things are so reliable and are really under rated offroad
