Don't get confused with hibiscus and sorrel,they are not the same..In Mexico hibiscus is the same hibiscus we have in the tropics including Florida,the sorrel only bear around Christmas time and is a local Xmas drink around this time...especially in Trinidad...total different taste...

That dough is not British,it's origin is Chinese...same ones they sell in Asian markets stuffed with pork..
