i did fantastic in communication, apti, and solved every single question will all test cases passes in assessment but still they are rejecting me

Guys tell you something about luck
I gave LTIMindtree did it really well but didnt get interview call (almost everyone got it), I gave Global Logic both coding questions executed but guess what didnt get interview call last but not the least gave 27th sept Cognizant python cluster (solved 1 SQL,did 2 coding questions within 10 mins. , cloud all done correct ) but guess what not shortlisted for interview still. All were on campus.

In my case, both sql and coding questions are done, html partially executed.
I don't know why but i didn't get Selected. And I'm waiting for superset mail for confirmation!!

In my college they were total 2302 students out of which they only selected 72 for genc next role

Our college from WB total 100+ genc 10+next out of 750+ student I solved all questions technical sql coding and cloud all correct and apti went well ig game was deciding factor , w like I reached 6 -7 level fir 1 game rest almost 10 level no call not even genc

In my college out of 830 students they only selected 120 students including gen c next. I also completed 1sql, 2code full run and 7-8 cloud mcq correct still I didn't get.
only for genc next why not genc or genc pro so , why they mention 3 job role are there
