They have two teenage kids: stunning but superficial party animal Kelly (Christina Applegate) and egocentric Bud (David Faustino). Married for 16 semi-blissful years, Peggy and Al have found that the secret to a happy marriage is to accept one another's idiosyncrasies.

Anytime this episode aired on TV they always edited out the part where Al says "if you think that fruit loop is staying in my house...!" But I recall sometime in the 90s when this was in reruns when Al responds to Jim: "Good, then you'll heal quick when I pull your spine through your mouth," my Dad cracking up at that comment.
