Michael Poulsen started a death metal band in 1991 called Dominus before starting Volbeat. You want to hear more like that check out Dancing With Magic - Dominus they still have a music video up on youtube. (It is really weird seeing him in the video singing death metal)
I always listen to the demo of this song. Michael's growls are sick. I think you're the only one here on YT that has reacted to this song. Can't find others. Wish more would react to this (or other songs) instead of like the same 3 songs and those aren't even close to being the best ones. I seen these guys with trivium and this is my favorite song by these guys. I was looking forward to hear it live but Matt Heafy came out and did the vocals. I was excited and disappointed at the same time.

I assume it was because Greenway hadn't come in to record his part yet, and Poulsen wanted a feel for how it would sound. Either that or they got Greenway and liked his take better.? Idk I never looked much into it before. I gotta say, while Poulsen did a great job, I still prefer the studio version. The voice is just so good to pass up!
