Before watching your video Lenovo support gave me the option to factory reset my laptop and lose all of system files. I can’t begin to explain what this would have cost me. Much love to you.
I have a thinkpad t14 gen 1 with a company login in . I erase the sdd card and reinstall window and when I boot back up the company login is still there. Can you tell me how to remove it. Thanks
Sadly indeed. Maybe you could just sign in to your Microsoft account and find a pin change option there? Never done this, so don't know if its an option. Cross your fingers...
Well, if you're talking about getting into the bios, its trial and error. Repeatedly press one of the F keys while the machine starts up, as noted about 2 minutes in. One of them will work. You might do a search for which key to press...

If getting into the bios and disabling secure boot doesn't work, then I've got nothin else...
My issue is the other way around, I am asked for a password and all other options are removed, cannot use pin, fingerprint etc. !
Haven't seen this so don't have an answer at the ready. But my instinct is still to get into the bios and disable secure boot and see what happens...
This did not work for me I can’t get to the bios you show. I can’t get to secure boot. Can’t use the arrow key
Getting to the bios is key. Search the web for the proper F key for your make and model computer...
God bless you!!!
Glad to help...
Sadly this didn't work, even after following the steps, it never gave me a forgot pin option below before either
