hey there, i know that i might sound presumptuous but i just wanted to clarify for everyone to be on the same page.. isekai is a type of opera where the MC get teleported/reincarnated/summoned into another world, while solo levelling is one of those new type of opera where the normal world get affected and start a new evolution process due to some type of external power, typically this new process is "helped" by the dungeons/portals/towers/challenges, most of the times with games like features like a status windows or else, sometimes only for the MC sometimes for every single living being. they are basically 2 different type of genre even if the core of the powers around the mc and other people (skills, abilities, magic and growth) are similar or the same as a typical fantasy isekai. hope you enjoy the animation since they are doing a really great job.

Be sure to watch the fourth episode too! Third episode is kinda mid ( not bad but also not good).... But 4th episode is really really good. Trust me. You are gonna know if you gonna watch it after the first 4-5 episodes..
I've looked a little into what people were thinking about this show a few months ago, and a lot of it seems to be based purely on speculation, like saying this specific story will require too much CGI to work, or that A1 isn't capable of delivering on such a solid story. Since it's started coming out I really haven't seen any complaints, at least from people who are new to this story. Personally I think they're doing a great job, these early episodes feature a fair bit of worldbuilding I had to wait a while for in the manwha, which is apparently because they are staying closer to the story of the original light novels. Top shelf anime fight scenes, some of the best VA I've heard in a while (props to JinWoo's VA in particular, some of these roars and screams sound like they tore something coming out) all wrapped in a story I already know I enjoy, it's a 10/10 show for me, well worth checking more out.
Honestly, and I feel a little more confident saying this now you've seen episode 2, I'm a little jealous that you get to watch these first 4 episodes pretty much back to back, those cliffhangers on 1+2 hit me deep @@BlakeKoala
