- Olaño's Alfresko Restaurant. The best restaurant in Libmanan, Camarines Sur province, in the Philippines.
Abby and I were in Libmanan for a family function and ate at Olaño's every day because it's the best in town. It's part of Olaño's Guest House which is the best place to stay in Libmanan too. We were treated very well.
My top ulam recommendations at Olaño's Alfresko are the crispy pakbet, the chicken kebab, the sizzling tofu, the pork salpicao, the garlic chicken, and the grilled liempo.
