- Yokohama Chinatown (横浜中華街, Yokohama Chūkagai) is Japan's largest Chinatown, located in central Yokohama. A large number of Chinese stores and restaurants can be found in the narrow and colorful streets of Chinatown. Various events and festivals such as Chinese New Year around the beginning of February are also held at Chinatown.

Yokohama Chinatown quickly developed, after the port of Yokohama had been one of the first Japanese ports to be opened to foreign trade in 1859. It became the residence of the many Chinese traders who settled down in the city. Today, there are more businesses than actual residents living in the area.

Peking duck isn't just the skin. Its a whole duck, dried, brined, boiled and roasted. The whole process of preparing the duck takes 3 days and is almost impossible to replicate in home.
-- Finally someone who knows that great Peking Duck isn't completed in a few hours or even a day. I used to get Peking Duck at a Chinese restaurant in Tallahassee, Florida and I had to call in my order 1 to 2 days ahead of time.

Nancey Drew Agreed!! I’ve lived in Japan 11 years and this guy has very little knowledge of the food or culture. He can barely use chopsticks!!! It’s really disappointing that he gives such a misleading opinion/lack of knowledge of Japan to so many followers.

Eric, when you mentioned the Canadian viewers, as well as viewers that ended up travelling to japan, I felt like you were talking about me and my girlfriend! We have been watching your videos for a while now, and we went to japan this August! I believe that I told you about our travel plans before. We ended up travelling to Osaka, Kyoto, Hakone, Hiroshima, and Tokyo. The food was amazing, and we loved our visit. We are already thinking about our next trip to japan!

You seem to always have trouble with the soup dumplings. My boss makes them for us once a year. You bite a small hole in the top and drink the soup, then eat the dumpling. No more squirting.
I think he knew that just did it for the effect on camera!
Well, EricSurf6 has to be entertaining as well as be informative. It's his personality and his brand to do it this way in my opinion, however it's good you explained for those reading who have never had them and do not know dumpling etiquette.
Personally I think it would be fun to eat a few the way Eric did it with it purposely squirting. 😂😂😂.
I'm just a child at heart so the squirting option sounds fun to try at least once. And eat it correctly after that to not waste liquid. goodness.

Just fyi. Peking duck basically means beijing duck which is a beijing style roast duck. So it doesnt have to be just skin.
