Never underestimate the gullibleness of some people. We'd a 20-something years old student, here in the UK, get scammed in what can only be described as, and probably go down in history as the effortless scam, the most basic scam by some stranger hanging around his college. The stranger shows him a bag with x3 iphones 11s and apple macbook pro inside, along with receipts and offered the naive student the lot for £1200. Student agrees, withdraws £700 (max on atm), then the stranger suggests to the student to cover for a shopping spree for the remaining sum (£500). Student, again, agrees and settles the balance and eventually goes home. Once home, he unboxes the products, but only to find *gasp* lemonades. To add insult to injury, he takes his embarrassing ordeal to the local newspaper to ensure the public aware and don't fall for similar scam. lool

Incredibly ppl who watches this show are distinctly different from those who watched medical detectives show. Medical detectives’ viewers comments are predictable, inconsistencies, and most of the time, childish. On this comment session ppl are much more plausible, build-up ideas, comments and thoughts much more coherent and relating to the show, and most significant, their comments aren’t intrinsically tied to their beliefs per se but on assumptions as to what genuinely should have happened in that particular case, to the criminals, how police should have acted, police’s demeanor and so forth. Overall this comment session far and away is way better than the others including the show itself.

Good story, yet I find myself transfixed by the ad featuring the woman who says she experienced much misfortune for years after she lost her odd-looking bracelet. She is the oddest-looking woman I’ve ever seen, like maybe cosmetic surgery gone wrong. Turns out her bracelet was a feng shui bracelet, and after she found a replacement in Hong Kong, all her good fortune came back. Isn’t that special? (think Church Lady voice). She now offers loads of testimonials about lives changed for the better by wearing this bracelet. There’s a gang of women in floaty clothes running on a beach. I didn’t notice if they were wearing bracelets... ok, back to the story.

You you must satisfy what you have and turn thanks to Almighty Allah (God) for the wealth he gave you instead of feeling jealousy to what others have.

Why are these stand ins always looking so much better, cleaner, healthier etc as the real perpetrators ? It almost looks like Dynasty or Falcon Crest....

If they did that they wouldn’t have been able to get any recorded evidence because clearly they went outside. The agent was in the house to protect the informant in case the suspect tried to harm him. Were u listening at all🤔

Another outstanding investigation by the FBI!!! She should have received more for stonewalling the investigation. What about knowingly aiding a criminal super charge?

I agree with some of the others that Lisa Costello got off too light. She was released from prison in December 2004. She has spoken extensively about the case and her feelings, but it is hard to believe much of what she said. www.prisontalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=97273

I just watched for the 2nd time. I live in Florida. It is interesting that the perpetrator was:
    1) intelligent in covering up his crime, including from recording. But
    2) STUPID in committing the crime in the first place.
The woman co conspirator could have gotten away with her part in the murder by telling the truth.
She got the 10 year sentence she deserved.

Mr. Black should not have gone to anyone's home to have a business meeting.
It would have been better if you had the meeting in a public place such as a restaurant.
