Man the PS2 version is so much more challenging than the PS3 version took me so many attempts lool

It’s actually pretty easy.
You have to spin into each curb
Both are amazing but the ps2/original Xbox will always have a soft spot in my heart.
The original was way harder haha But amazing game I see way u have a soft spot for it
I used codebreaker for ps2 games back then holy fuck ps2 games are fuckin fun as hell with cheats
The PS2 version of this game is quite bland.

I had P8 on the 360 Version. The noticeable differences on the PS2 version is quite staggering. Skate park being replaced, a ditch being added, and the ring around the pool no longer having the bamboo design.

@@xierraleone1905 He played it on an emulator. Obviously you have to have a computer capable of running games of that quality (graphically, I mean) but that's not exactly uncommon nowadays - hell, even low end gaming PCs can do it. That said, PS3 emulators themselves, like any other emulators (or any other pieces of software for that matter), have their flaws and aren't perfect but run games well enough that most people won't notice any of the issues.

I think it’s because of the ps3 version having too much bloom and maybe the game engine is slightly different
This and Pro Skater 5 have the worst character customization ever
People keep saying this and I just couldn't disagree more. Proving Ground is worse. I can never really make a skater I'm satisfied with because the clothing options suck. People keep ragging on the different styles of this game saying they limit customization. I don't think so. They are simply giving you different styles to work with and I like them. Could they have been done better? Yes. Admittedly the clothing options are a bit limited but that could've been fixed by just adding more clothing to each style.
I honestly couldn’t remember which version I had until I saw the PS2 loading screen- too nostalgic! Wonder where the disc went…

The graphics for this game on PS3/360 still hold up really well. The switch from 480p to 720p and above was the best thing to happen to gaming. Hands down.
Crazy how u cant just skate to the next map like the ps3 version you had to pause and select it but both are still great

I actually preferred the wasteland engine from the ps2 more than the proving ground type gameplay the ps3 had.
