Confused, 2oz(1/3) Elmer’s, 2oz(1/3) glycerin and fill it up to the 1 cup, but you said it’s about 3/4c ???? I’m confused
I know! I am so sorry! Math is not my strong point 🤣 so I do 1/3 of glue and 1/3 of glycerin and then fill it up to the 1 cup mark with my distilled water. Hope that makes sense!
Nice quick info. Thanks! But one thing, 2 oz is 1/4 cup. There is 8 oz in one cup.
How long after the mixture is mixed does it need to be used? Could I make a big batch and use it the next day?
I'm new to this, so I just wanted to know something. Why do you add glue? Won't it make everything stick together?
The glue slows down the rate at which the snow/glitter floats down. Because it’s mixed with water it won’t stick.

Thank you for your great tutorial! I can’t get my solution to fill my cup…it’s clearly not full but when I try to keep filling it, it spills out. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong!
Air pocket maybe, fill it up and layers and give it’s a little swish in between helps

I’m so sorry I’m just getting back to you!! I fill it up all the way as much as I can! I’m working on a video right now all about filling them up and sealing them! And for the glitter it’s probably about an ounce of glitter. Just depends on the cup though. Some have more than others! And I do a little liquid, glitter, a little more liquid and mix it all up so there is no dry glitter and then fill it up with liquid and let it degas for 24 hours. I will try and get the video uploaded asap so you can see!
I did the 2/3 water and 1/3 vegetable glycerin. My glitter barely moves at all. Am I putting in too much glitter? I've tried less glitter and more glitter and it's the same 😭
Hi! So I would try doing less glycerin and more water and you will get more movement! Try doing half the amount of glycerin.

I tried making one with glycerin and all the glitter just clumped on the top. I don't know what I did wrong. Is there a difference in glitter???
I heard that chunky is best but I’ve seen people use fine glitter with chunky
Hi! I am so sorry! I somehow missed a bunch of comments! 🤦♀️ Did you use chunky or fine glitters? Some glitters are heavier than others. The lighter ones tend to stay at the top.

I like to use mica powder or food coloring
