How many times did you lie? How many times did you cheated on an exam or cheated on your boyfriend or girlfriend? How many times did you say a bad word? How many times did you want what others have? How many times did you got jealous? And how many times did you disrespect the name of God (Jesus)? Well God knows and you know. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) All of us are sinners and we deserved to be punished in hell forever (Romans 6:23a, Revelation 21:8). But God in His love and mercy that even though we are sinners He send His son Jesus Christ to die and pay for our sins (Romans 5:8, John 3:16) We should be the one hanged on that cross because of our sins but Jesus did it so we could be saved and be freed from our sins. He was buried but on the Third day He rose from the dead. Jesus came to save and love us and not to condemn us (John 3:17) We cannot save and change ourselves, only Jesus can. Life is temporary we could die in a moment, second or hour we don't know. Jesus defeated death when He rose from the dead, He offers forgiveness, grace, love and salvation. Repent and Believe in Him.
So sad there is division amongst Christians, we have all been hurt by people. Get going get over it.. I'm exhausted, overwhelmed tired stressed etc. But I know life is being restored slowly to me in his timing, by the only way truth and life. Jesus died for us it should be a privilege to be a christian. He's been there and never left. When I'm in the valley of shadow of death he comforts me.... God bless you as you continue to praise him. please pray for me and my family every so often for me there is light at end of the tunnel. Sometimes I don't know if I'm on the right path. I'll hold on to my heavenly fathers hand and trust him to lead and guide, fight for me. As I relax which is hard to do when you are a worrying kind, that needs medication for brain damaged thoughts. I thought I could find happiness and love in relationships. Broken and contrite heart he won't despise. It has taken me a long time to let go... adjust maybe all I need to do is just be still and know he is God. I'm covered in Jesus blood! I'm blessed! I am who he says I am a child of God.
Guys. Kindly stand with me in prayer. My brother likes getting drunk and taking drugs. I don't know what to do anymore. I habe prayed a lot (and will continue praying for him) but I feel like he is getting worse. I don't want to give up but I am getting overwhelmed and frustrated. Please guys... pray for him. Pray for things to be better at home. I know that God has a reason for everything happening. I love my brother and I want him to be better.
