Honestly you do have to have a clear mind but a prayer is a prayer God will answer your prayers no matter what and there is not know prayer that is pointless I'm sorry I disagree cuz there's a lot of people out there that are not understanding about meditation and all that as you go you'll learn but I feel like anybody could just pray and there's never afraid that a prayer that's going to be pointless God bless you
