Love these!! Thank you..... the world needs to listen to these songs.
Wish he would listen to Iris by The Goo Goo Dolls..brilliant kyricslyrics and a haunting voice..
Lol! The Bee Gees father also told them to always smile. He would remind Barry to tell the Twins to smile.
I love watching young people enjoy older music. It gives me hope for good music.
OMG❤.I needed to hear them in this crazy world 🌍. Thank You JV for playing all their beautiful memories .
Something to keep in mind...The Bee Gees wrote ALL their own songs, but none of them could read music!
Really!!
The Beatles didn't read music either.
Never knew that!!! Robin in the front of this song, he kills it. That makes me even more amazed at their musical talent. Awesome stuff, I've been listening to the Bee Gees for over 50 years, they never get old to me.
Amazing!
@Marie Whitbread Nope. He could not. His hand movements were an affectation he displayed in the very early days of the group, and was like Robins dancing that thankfully he stopped doing.

This masterpiece is a bit of an Anthem for die hard Bee Gees fans.
I needed this tonight ... harmony while the rest of the world is suffering from so much discord. Thank you for posting. We need more Bee Gees in the world right now.
Disco vs discord?

Haven't heard this in decades, forgot how Beatle-esque this song sounds. Good stuff J!
👍
I rediscovered “Mr Natural” recently & it blew me away!
They are played on radio here in Queensland all the time. Where they grew up and started performing as kids.
This is what I was going to say.
I love this song.
I don't think they ever didn't like performing, came to them naturally...they adjusted with the style and kept it going.
Love the early BeeGees
YES!!! WORDS!!
Personal story: My mom loved the Bee Gees and I enjoyed them too. They brought such joy to my mom, but I was in high school where everyone thought they sucked. Eventually, Mom and I would go to the tapings of an old show called Solid Gold, where we got to know Andy Gibb, their little brother for a while. We were at the funeral and it was a sad day for the brothers Gibb for sure. Now I feel sad for Barry without all his brothers. It's been fun reliving the details of these songs through you and I appreciate you bringing them back to life.
People would also make fun of me because I would listen to the Bee Gees idk why they would laugh but once I've showed them the music from the 60s they were amazed
@@Eileen2204 I don't know why people would make fun of them, they were phenomenal.
People can be ignorant, not knowing good music from trash. The Bee Gees were absolutely brilliant.
So much talent in that family! I love how they changed their sound over the years, and looking collectively at their work shows off how well they’ve adapted to the changing tastes of audiences. Love them!
The Gibb brothers were singing like this from very young children. They just naturally harmonised. Stunning talent.
Just like the Wilson brothers
Next "Bee Gees - I've Gotta Get A Message To You" and "I Cant See Nobody". You gonna love it.
You must have been reading my mind !
I love "I Can't See Nobody" especially the performance live from Melbourne 1974. I watch on repeat.
how about Nights on Broadway also!!
Totally agree. Those song are so awesome, and Robin sings them perfectly!!! Jayvee TV, you must review those.
Their song Massachusetts is great also.
Got to listen to Fanny be gentle with my love by the Bee Gees.
Aw you gotta try Nights on Broadway! That's my favorite.
Early Bee Gees songs were very lyrical...listen to... I Started a Joke. It took me yrs to catch the meaning of the song, I was only 12 when I first heard it ...Run to me is a good early recording.
I’m so glad you’re listening to a lot of their older stuff and not just the disco era.
That half century sure went fast!
I feel the same way about their music, even after having spent more than 40 years listening to it. It NEVER gets old to me. They always leave you wanting more. Their talent STILL blows me away. Thanks for reacting to this one.
It makes sense...You Never get tired of master pieces
They are amazing!
Yes, amazing harmonies, so much talented. They are genius and legends.
Love the Bee Gees... I would love to see/hear your reaction to “To Love Somebody”
How can I mend a broken heart is a good one to react too .
These are the greatest singers I have ever heard. They sang, when they were little boys. They also said they were going to be famous someday. Sure enough! I love the BeeGees! ❤️🌹❤️
You'll love their live version of this from the 90s concert "One Night Only" - Enjoy!
When I was a teenager I loved a boy and he loved me. He always said this song was the song that reminded him of me. We were not meant to be and we parted. I never, ever loved another man like I loved him and when he died young my world shattered. I can only pray we live again and I get another chance.
Could name 40 brilliant songs to check out: Love So Right, Fanny be Tender, Lost in Your Love, Songbird, Paradise, Baby as You Turn Away etc etc
So good. Seriously have to listen to Nights on Broadway by the Bee Gees
Brilliant song
Yes! Use the Midnight Special version from 1975. 💗💗
@@joyced277 Im pretty sure he's already done a reaction to that version :))
Please react to Beegees songs Reaching Out or Love so right thanks 👍🇵🇭♥️
Bee Gees/How Can You Mend A Broken Heart
John Andrews yessssss
I love this song.I actually love each one of their songs. There is nothing AS a bad BeeGees song.♥️
"I started a joke","I've got to get a message to you","Massachusetts" I totally agree with you about the harmonies they are fantastic ☮️
Thank you for another one from The Bee Gee’s. Please react to Close Another Door. Robin is amazing singing it. I know you will love it... I PROMISE ❣️
Consider listening to Bee Gees "I Started A Joke" & "Massachusetts".
I would love for you to have a special reaction and celebrate The Bee Gees across the decades. Let your subscribers select one song from each decade and you could compare their style, maturity and versatility as they grew as artists.
The Bee Gees had 2 eras. Before disco and during disco. Both are great!
Gotta do How Can You Mend A Heart by them and Al Green's amazing cover.
Great other early Bee Gees: Words, I Started A Joke, How Can You Mend A Broken Heart, Massachusetts. And you still have to remember that songs from that era didn't go on and on. You had to keep songs short in those days to get them on the radio.
I'm 66 and this song still can make me cry with the harmonies and music! One of my favorite Bee Gees songs ever.
You need to see the video of the Bee Gees singing "Blow in in The Wind" . They were really young in that one.
bee gees had such a great career before the disco era. A truly sensational group.
Back in the day, records were suppose to be less than 3 min for radio play.
So good! A lot of people bash the 70's for being too tame and they write off the talent that was there. The 70's, early to late, were full of talent. The harmony and rhythm is amazing from Bee Gees to Chicago to Crosby, Still & Nash, etc...
How Can You Mend A Broken Heart 1971. You Should Be Dancing 1976
Yes please
If you want to hear all their best, watch “The Nations Favourite Bee Gees Songs”. It’s a UK show & I’m not from Britain & I loved it!

YES!!!
Now I shall recommend "how can you mend a broken heart", "mr natural", and a bunch of songs from their albums "2 years on" and "to whom it may concern"
Brilliant Mr natural
LONELY DAYS, THE BEEGEES. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE SONG BY THEM . So, So Damn Captivating. HOW DO YOU Mend a Broken Heart? WORDS, WE HAD ON, .45... THE FIRST TIME I HEARD THEM. IT'S ONLY WORDS, AND WORDS I ONLY HAVE TO TAKE YOUR HEART AWAY....RIP ANDY, MAURICE, AND ROBIN....(PEACE)
I forgot to tell you how much joy you bring to an old woman. I love you.
Another great song from them. Very early one they look so young. How do you mend a broken heart is so such a nice song great choice. You can't get enough of the Bee Gees .
Love love love that you're enjoying my favorite group. You are right...their old stuff is amazing.... but their material from the 90s and early 2000s before Mo left us is just as enjoyable. Harmony and stellar song writing.
Millions of people's favourite group actually
Three big brothers + one little ( Andy had a bigger career that most bands will ever) who conformed to the times they were in...And just put out amazing music! Disco was made for them!
On the contrary, they aided and abetted disco ;-)
The beegees are a legend in the music world
Great choice of songs to play next, most songs back then were short.I to wish they would have lasted longer!! 62 and loving your reactions!
I saw a video of Robin and Morris on the Dating Game in like 1968, she picked Morris lol
Jaycee! Now you know how we, the fans feel! YOU ARE ONE OF US! 😜😂🤩
The Bee Gees are iconic. They are extremely talented brothers. They also had a younger brother just as talented, Andy Gibb. Check him out too, 'Shadow Dancing',one of his hit tunes. BTW The Bee Gees have so many hits and written songs for many popular artist. Their history in music is unique and stood the test of time.
It is indeed a pleasure to watch you react to one of the best songs ever done.
A really good song I recommend where Barry’s falsetto voice is amazing is “Reaching out” off their 1979 album Spirits Having Flown and Another song off that album where Robin does falsetto is “Living Together”
Am I correct in surmising from your T-shirt that graduation congratulations are in order?? If so.. Congrats!! 😊🎓 🎉
You’ve GOT to do Words and How Can You Mend a Broken Heart. Do the studio versions. Keep up the good work! Congratulations on your graduation!🎉🎉🎉
The strings, piano, horns and those heavenly harmonies all arranged to perfection.
Their harmony is spot on! Everyone be safe and pray for peace 💕
Amen
This is such fun. I have no idea who you are, but you play great songs. Subscribed.
Those harmonies! My god! You saw the grin on my face.
This is a wonderful song full of harmony and with the 3 wonderful voices that sang together from very young. When I hear them I am transported back to my younger days when I would just sit and listen to the singing, the music and the words, it was wonderful to go through my life with the BeeGees songs. They have a huge talent, everyone of them, playing, singing and writing wonderful songs for themselves and others. Thank you sweetheart, its a joy to listen to wonderful music. Take care and stay safe please everyone, love and hugs to you all and may you all have peaceful lives Mary-Ellen UK
This was the first Bee Gees song we ever heard back in the days.. We knew we wanted more, even then.
Thank you for reacting to this!! The others you’re doing soon are favorites of mine too. I love all their phases, but their early works will always be my first choices. They were unique among the others.
Georgia Satellites - Keep your hands to yourself / Beach Boys - California Girls / Earth Wind and Fire - After the love is gone Pretenders - Stop your sobbing and Linda Ronstadt - I can't let go.
God, I love your reactions. Your the greatest.try, she keeps on coming. Awesome. 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Back in the day, I thought this was one of my favorite Beatles songs. Then I found out it was the Bee Gees. I should have known. The Bee Gees are my favorite rock era group.
When you get family harmonies, the voices blend sooo beautifully!
BeeGees, Guilty with Barbara Streisand
Love this music. The Bee Gees are outstanding.
The bee gees are the BEST
WHY are you surprised about their immeasurable talent
Yep! The Bee Gees make you keep wanting more....can never get enough! BEST BAND IN THE UNIVERSE 🤣🤣🤣.....got carried away, almost forgot, pls do Fanny Be Tender..... you're going to melt😉😍
Al Greene, "I'm so tired of being alone". Please.
You made the song awesome friend almost was in tears seeing your reaction
Their harmonies at the beginning of this song give me chills.
This was just after their break up and the song reflects that they needed to be together. Despite their differences they loved each other. The greatest song writing performing group ever. 5 decades and now you are playing them. Good for you.
That’s because they are a family! Lol They began at such an early age. Many decades of singing together as an act.
Check out their music from th ed 60's, it was all great.
One of my definite favorites from The Bee Gees!❤❤❤
Yes!! Words! How Can You Mend! 😀Then perhaps🤔...The New York Mining Disaster (Mr. Jones), You Don't Know What It's Like, Tragedy, Fanny.... 😁🎶
Try ' I started a joke', Lamplight, Method to my madness', 'Odessa' 'Massachussetts" 'New York Mining Disaster 1941'. the list of great vocals is ending.
Timeless beauty to their harmonies. 🕊💖🕊 this song gave me a Beatles vibe.
I agree with you Jay. The older songs are really great.
I loved your reaction to this! You are a genuine reactor and I like that!
A little Bee Gees trivia. The brothers broke up for about 15 months. The day after the decided to get back together they wrote TWO songs in the same day, "Lonely Days" which Barry said took them about 10 mins to write and was their first top 5 hit in the US, and "How do you Mend a Broken Heart"
This song gives you a little bit of everything: great harmonies, great horns and some funk at the end.
I have been following the Bee Gees for long time and yet I did not know this one was written by them, I should have guessed, wonderful harmony of course, beautiful songl.
I LOVE THE BEE GEES. GREAT MUSIC AND FANTASTIC VOICES!! I SEEN THEM IN CONCERT HERE IN MICHIGAN/CANADA MANY MANY MANY YRS AGO. THEY WERE GREAT!!❤❤❤❤
The bee gees music is like your reactions young man , heavenly ,well done sir ,from many of your British fans
I started a joke is a great song
Cathy Bumgarner yessssss
So happy you are enjoying this fabulous group. Been listening since I was 16 and I'm now 68 . They've been performing since the twins were 5 and Barry was 9. Even after all this time I find their performances exciting as ever. You can find their life story and be amazed. "Tragedy" is good one if you haven't heard it yet. Thanks for playing and enjoying their music.
Hi J, it's just a small step to Diana Ross and 'Chain Reaction' a song written by the Bee Gees and sang the backing vocals ( still waiting for Chuck Berry)🎸👍
Absolute perfection 💕
There is something special about brother acts. They sound like they are harmonizing even when they are singing in unison. The Everly Brothers, the Jackson Five, the Righteous Brothers, and many, many more. By the way, you have the best "reactions". Thumbs up!
Please react to " Paying the price of love " ; " Love you inside out " ; " Love so right " by Bee Gees! Thanks for the reaction!
One of my best Bee Gees song ! So much like the Beatles at the time !
Their harmonies were next level...so great.
Holy Toledo! This is pure heaven! Maurice so cool on the keys. The Brothers Gibb getting me through the pandemic!
