Comparison of M1 Abrams and T-14 Armata Tanks

The M1 Abrams is a third-generation American main battle tank designed by Chrysler Defense (now General Dynamics Land Systems). M1 Abrams itself is taken from the name of General Abrams. Commander of the American forces during the Vietnam War.
The T-14 Armata is a fourth-generation Russian main battle tank vehicle. This tank was designed by the Ural Design Bureau of Transport Machine-Building, Uralvagonzavod and built by Uralvagonzavod. The T-14 Armata was officially unveiled for the first time during the Moscow Victory Day Parade in May 2015.
