Yes they have really missed the chance! It was a golden one as the location of the project seems promising. They could have delivered it in time. They have delayed it deliberately what I feel for the reasons best known to the Miglanis only. The delay will cost them dearly. Maybe I am wrong but as of it is a missed opportunity. Looks bad , I visited 8 years back and before that 5 years back . I though to visit now but after viewing this video I feel situation is still same but they are increasing rates for new properties but on resale it is very nominal increase so I will stay in Delhi for now
