- This video was an impromptu thing as I looked into my sink at the baking aftermath. I thought of my dear subscriber named Kelly who has been with me since the beginning of my channel just cheering me on. She loved my other dishwashing video and gave it all kinds of love. So, as I scrub, I think of you my sweet lady. Lots of love to you. Keep on keeping' on. You are not alone.
The sounds in this video are super organic and almost impossible to regulate in volume but they are soooo great! Water running, water sloshing & splashing, scrubbing & scraping, towel sounds, dishes rattling & tinkering.

This is my earliest known trigger! I can remember lying on my grandmother's couch -- 45+ long years ago -- and feeling entranced by the sounds of her doing dishes in the kitchen. Of course, I did not know so many years ago what ASMR was, but I know now that that is definitely what I was experiencing!

I remember this type of thing was my very first ASMR trigger. I was at my grandma's house when I was pretty young while my mom was at work. The TV was on and a segment of this little girl washing her toy dishes came on and my head felt so tingly. It feels a little strange to experience it again nearly 20 years later. But I love it.

Silverware is the worst to clean. If you have as big a household I have, there's way too much silverware to clean each individual piece. Especially when they don't rinse it off first.

Rebecca, I hate washing dishes! But I sure like watching you do it. And a few people posted comments about the sounds. It's true you wouldn't think this could be ASMR triggers. But if I were sitting in a other room hearing this I could definitely become relaxed. I don't know how to explain it though. I never would have thought these could be trigger sounds either. But I got a request for it long ago. It did pretty well then so I thought it was time to try it again. I really liked it but I don’t know if it’s a personal trigger of mine. I just thought it was pretty and I wanted a friend of mine to enjoy it. Opportunity knocked. 😁😁😆

Ive tryed to watch this over several nights but only get thru about five minutes as im fast asleep! This is way better than a 💊! But it is 5pm so im going to watch ot now and see what happens, ill let you know! Yes! I was pretty wiped out that day and the next! One thing to bake and clean. Another thing to film and set up and break down the set and much more! 😂 Took me a while to recover. 😜

Whereas, I don't appreciate your negative comment, I do appreciate your feelings about water being wasted, especially when there are so many others in other countries that have so little water available.
