All Mom’s are working moms whether you work in the home or outside the home if your mom you’re working! done! I don’t understand why women still feel the need to justify their choice! And your work has clearly paid off because you seem to have well behaved respectful kids and a well kept home to make beautiful memories!
Love this thank you for saying this 👏🏻 I am a mom to 4 almost 5 kids and was working from home with them and my mental health suffered greatly . I am no longer working and was somewhere I forget but they asked me what I did for a living and I blanked I was like ummm I don’t know a mom bahah I was embarrassed I have never not been employed even as a “mom” but the women politely said your more then a mom your a home maker and we need you and so do they !

I’ve honestly never considered homeschooling before, but this just makes sense for the early years. Currently pregnant with Baby #2 and because of you, I think I will incorporate this into our lifestyle. Thank you!
Loved the questions! I always wondered what you would do after the kids went to school too. I became an insurance agent and love it! Very flexible hours and I can work from home to still be here with my kiddos. Highly recommend it to other SAHM who need some extra income and want to be there with the kids. Great homeschooling ideas and can't wait to see the journey.

Thoughts on the fact that the rest of the world promotes play based learning up until age 6?
When it comes to how we parent, we just do what we want/feel is best for our kids. Sometimes that may align with what everyone else is doing and sometimes it may not. But...waiting until 6 seems cruel. I would never throw my kids straight into elementary school without being exposed to Pre-K/Kindergarten and expect them to thrive. Especially if they spent the last 6 years just playing at home.
Love this vlog and the homeschool curriculum. would love to see a day in the life once you start the program.

Look at God 🤣 this was my weekend to set up my GC pre k that I ordered but my entire family and me got Covid .. I’m still so happy you posted because I get to see how you did it and order my supplies .. Im going to be doing it with my 4 year old and 2.5 year old so I’m excited 😊

Advice if a spouse isn't helping to keep the home clean and you can't do it all alone.
First I would streamline your cleaning routine as much as possible. If it's still too hard to complete on your own, be honest about how difficult it is to manage and ask him to help you in a few areas. If he's not willing to help, then just continue to do your best, but don't stress it. Get that book I mentioned because it does break it up into days. Your husband can't complain of he isn't willing to help find a solution.
@@KristaBowmanRuth Thank you we are usually pretty open communicators it's something I've always really valued in our relationship. I'm hoping that maybe if it is cut-and-dry breaking things up into days it might be easier for him.

Really love the preschool curriculum, I’ve been wanting to do more with my daughter but find it hard to identify different homeschool approaches. Love the content and find it inspirational as someone who plans to return to the home as a homemaker 🖤❤️

As an African ,I love that you understand your role as a wife , mother and a homemaker but but as a widow I hope you and your husband are saving a lot of the money you have.God bless you all
