Here’s an honest question: Why don’t you decide to gain some muscle? By gaining some strength, you would throw further in the shot put and discus. Also, with that muscle and doing some plyometrics, it would make you more explosive, helping you in all the other events. I’m no expert just to let you know. I could be completely wrong, but I just want to hear your opinion
