Hey I watched your guide on AI and reached lvl 7 Q-Faction now. I lose a lot in PvP suddenly (probably cuz enemies have everything upgraded already). So I set up 1 rusher in the teleport room together with 2 crew that teleport over and focus the reactors. My lasers/rockets are all focused on the shield room, rockets i have 1 with regular and 1 with fire missiles. Rest of my crew sits on the lasers with the AI from your video (so repair and return to laser). I have some questions though: 1. Should I train crew instantly? I read that you should wait to upgrade crew cuz higher training lvls give more bonus stats. Atm my crew is completely untrained (I only buy some good crew here and there but don't spend a lot .. so I have mostly 3* crew still) 2. Should I update my AI in any way? Like for example prioritize something else than the shield gen? How would you set up a gunner/hangar AI (don't think my crew is good enough for boarding strat)? 3. What Aircraft to prioritize in the Hangar? Hope you're continuing to do some videos on PS cuz you helped me a lot.
Don't train crew. Get rid of hangar, at lvl7 you dont have enough power for it + teleporter. With weapons focus fire teleporter first, if it doesn't exist only then shield room, using "Enemy has full shield" AI condition.
Hey, thanks for the help. I have a question. When an enemy teleports to my ship, how do I kill that enemy? Do my guys need to be equipped with weapons? Do I need to set up AI?
your crew must be in the same room as the enemy to fight, weapons enhance both dmg and survivability in which kills their enemies faster and lasting longer on fights, it depends on what playstyle your in and yes it must have A.I so they can engage and also make sure the crew that is engaging has alot of health and dmg and if possible have crew that has crew dmg abilities

Huh and I though using my alpaco for boarding was good, turns out hes a weapons man. Although I still like him boarding with the healing rain
Matt Vran he’s better as a gunner and is useful with his heal that’s why I wouldn’t use him for boarding
is there a way to find ship layouts for smaller level ships? Finding it hard to find layouts.

I think gunships work pretty well for any ship, then when you get to late game you can set up a different strategy
