    Nice video. I just got the same exact snowblower. Do you know where I can find instructions to mount it on the mower?

    Nice Video thanks, I just purchased the same X320 and blower, some new bearings and belts, cant wait to try it out, do you really needs chains on a flat driveway, I am debatinig on puttng them on at first or just testing it out

      I used to have a driveway on an incline…so chains were a must. I really like these rubber chains, they don’t scratch anything.
      Good luck

      Have you guys had any issues with keeping the belts on the pulleys?? I've gone 45 minutes, through two belts and can't keep the belts on the pulleys for any more than a couple of minutes at a time what the heck is going on?

      @@coleblitz4590 man I’ve had this set up for years, and I have had zero issues other than the chute cable getting froze up…I guess I’d triple check your pulley and belt size on Deere’s website…It seems that Deere uses a proprietary belt sizing sometimes to force buying OEM… or at least that’s the conspiracy theory I buy into

      Right so just out of curiosity, how high is the snow your snowblowing?

      @@Jojoandsonsgarage i’d bet your pulley bearings are starting to freeze up. You can inject some grease into them or replace them for about 20 buck or so a piece. Lots of videos on that. A company called “Sterns” makes great aftermarket pulleys and belts for that snow blower. The aftermarket ones have drain holes, so they last longer. The OEM from Deere didn’t have the drain holes, and the salty slush from the road salt use here in Illinois would corrode the pulley bearings in two winters. I always keep extras on hand, i’ve also figured out how to just replace the bearing in the pulley housing from UA-cam videos.

    Oh dang why haven’t I put a seat cover on mine?

    • @Jojoandsonsgarage
      @Jojoandsonsgarage  11 місяців тому

      The seat cover really helps my tushy on the cold vinyl….next level would be some sort of a heated seat cover !!!

    We are looking at one of these but have a long gravel driveway with a moderate slope. Don’t know much about this. Wondering if these would be adequate to get up the gravel incline?

      @@toddfleury7324 With the factory dual suitcase weights, tire chains and if you’re fat like me you should have no problem with a moderate grade

    How does he lift snowblower so easily?

    • @Jojoandsonsgarage
      @Jojoandsonsgarage  11 місяців тому

      There’s a helper spring on the lift linkage that you can adjust to help raise the blower…it’s kinda a bear to adjust, it’s on the left side underneath

  • @terryhamielec1303

    Does he have electric lift for snowblower?

    • @Jojoandsonsgarage
      @Jojoandsonsgarage  11 місяців тому

      We don’t have an electric lift installed, but last I checked there is an electric actuator kit available for the lift on eBay

    • @stevenkozicki943
      @stevenkozicki943 17 днів тому +1

      @@Jojoandsonsgarage For the money, not sure the electric lift is worth it. If you adjust the spring to the 44 in snowblower setting, it’s pretty easy to just use the pedal, unless you need a knee replacement or something. It’s the same effort as raising the deck on your mower.
