From what I read he like to eat fish, fish have two big problem that can hurt you. One fish have mercury and the bigger the fish the more mercy it has from eating smaller fish so that why pregnant people are told to not eat fish and they can have parasitical worms like Nematode in them, larger and older fish tend to have lot more of them. I'm guessing he went fishing or ate a large fish that was not prepared well. You can also get Mercury poison from eating lots of sushi as well as worms if the sushi is not prepared right.

This happened to the daughter of a woman in the town I used to live in. The daughter was in Africa and ate pork that was not well cooked.
