Dave wannstedt is all football pro,his comments are spot on,could listen to him all day!!!
He was a terrible coach though
I agree with Coach how the hell is Justin Herbert in tier 1 when He can barely get his team into the playoffs; meanwhile Lamar Jackson is a former MVP, Matthew Stafford is a Super Bowl Champion who's a borderline Hall of Famer?
Its gotta be off his individual talent alone. For QBs in their first 3 years he's 1st in yds, 2nd in passing TDs, 1st in total TDs, with 22 games over 300 yds. His defense has been rated 23rd or lower. Lamar is a FORMER MVP and has regressed every year since
Herbert definitely deserves that designation but so does Lamar. Stafford wasn't the same player last year though.
Odd take considering Lamar is one of the worst playoff qbs in the nfl with a 1-3 record, 56% completions, 68.3 passer rating and 3 tds with 5 ints while Stafford went 12 years before he won a play game. Also, that mvp season for Lamar seems to be a fluke... here's how Herbert and Lamar stack up the last 3 years...
Herbert:
66.9% completions
14,089 pass yards
94 pass tds
35 ints
96.2 passer rating
62.9 QBR
14,772 total yards
102 total tds
Lamar:
63.7% completions
7,881 pass yards
59 pass tds
29 ints
92.4 passer rating
59.0 QBR
10,417 total yards
83 total tds
Herbert is CLEARLY the far superior qb to Lamar. It's not even particularly close.
5:27 Smartest thing heard on this channel. Tyler Scott will be the best pick behind Darnell Wright then Gervon Dexter. Poles got talent. Undoubted talent.
I blieve pimp daddy poles got big time talent n wright dexter stevenson johnson scott and great depth with pickens smith sewell williamson thats a great draft poles WILL have another great 2024 off-season a blu-chip de get us a fs wr ol c 3t ol depth te cb this team is just goin 2 b young nasty and ready....BEARTHEFDOWN!
Hey you guys are always disregarding our new rookie starting LB Noah Sewell
@@rlouizjr00 as it is possible he'll have a chance. It's likely to be a special teams spot. He'll be needed for depth for sure.
D line will be the key to whether they sink or swim this year
Can't wait for the Football After Show to be back! Any word on who will be hosting?
"Pinhead" Lawrence Holmes. 🤷🏽♂🤴🏽✌
@@kingpinstatus916 Can't wait. I figure it'll be a great watch no matter who hosts as long as Briggs and Brown are there.
@@marcustodd2910 I agree 1,000% BEAR 🐻DOWN🔽!!!!🤴🏽✌
If I'm JF, I'd ask to put me LAST! What difference does it make??? Put that CHIP on your shoulder and use it to your advantage!! GO JF!!
Our O-line needs the next Jimbo Covert
Coach Wansttedt is great
Not as a coach. He was trash. Losing record in the regular season and losing record in the playoffs. Only 3 seasons over 9 wins in 11 years
Like that #58 fits him better
Either these new players really good or our defense is really bad 😂
they may use Scott initially as a return man. and Fraudgers should be below 10.
Herbert over hurts is ludicrous
Hurts had one pretty good season after having average seasons his first few years in the league and even got talked about being traded by the Eagles. He’s not in the top 3 yet.
@@DEEZYD1230 Herbert never been to the superbowl 💯 wtf You talking about buddy
@@countlessworld620 because his defense and DC has failed him over and over again in the clutch. Not to mention Brandon Staley rarely ever punts the ball and goes for it on 4th and medium to long a lot. Herbert has still consistently been a better quarterback than hurts. If hurts continues those kinds of stats than okay you can put him over Herbert.
@@DEEZYD1230 bro Herbert hasn’t been passed first round i think this was his first appearance hands down Herbert is the best thrower in the league
@@countlessworld620 did you even read the first part my guy? His defense has choked big time when they need to get a stop or just even be good. His defense has constantly been pretty bad in points allowed too. Hurts numbers should have been better with the stacked team he had tbh. Herbert is better
I had to watch wanndstat be a terrible coach for too many years. I do not care what this man has to say about football in Chicago. Which sucks, cuz I really want to hear what the peps at CSN Chicago have to say about da bears. But every time I see wannie, I cringe and a flood of bad 90's football comes to mind
You do not know what you're talking about.
@@mrlaw711Wannstedt went 40-56 in Chicago with 1 playoff appearance and 1 playoff win. He had 2 winning seasons in 6 years, never over 9 wins.
JUSTIN HERBERT HAS A 24-25 RECORD AS A STARTER AND HE'S A TIER 1 QB?????? BOY GTFOH!!!!
Stop! You're making too much sense.
25-24* he also is first for all the major passing stats for QBs in the first 3 years
Well he's actually 25-24 so you got that wrong and he's the 4th highest rated qb in the nfl the last 3 years with a 62.1 QBR and has 14,772 total yards, 102 total tds and a 96.2 passer rating. He's also 19-15 the last 2 years despite his defenses ranking 29th and 21st. Your comment was so uninformed I'm convinced you're either trolling or suffering from some sort of mental deficiency.
@@kingbookaworld3534considering the o.p's listed record was wrong and he failed to mention any stats I'm pretty sure he didn't make any sense at all.
So if it’s wins why wasn’t Jimmy Garafalo in there ?
Let's talk when Field starts winning games. No more excuses
Why you here for just to throw shade a real 🤡
Stop with the "no more excuses" bullshit. He didn't win games last season because the Bears had the worst defense in the league.
@@TheChawMan Exactly Da Bears would have been 0-17 with most any QB listed with the possible exception of Patrick Mahomes. So stop the bullshit about excuses. In fact I think the No Excuses line mask hate for Justin replacing Trubisky.
Herbert a lot Better than Troy Aikman EVER was with them old Cowboy Teams so don't play him Cheap! He can Sling it man!
@@TheChawManwell the offense was 23rd in points and 28th in yards while Fields was 31st in comp%, 25th in passer rating and 17th in QBR
