Mesopotamia is the homeland of the Assyrians. The famous royal cities of the Assyrians, Ashur, Nimrud (Kalhu), Arbela, Dur-Sharrukin and Nineveh were built in it. The Assyrians ruled for approximately 1,300 years - from about 2000 B.C. to 612/10 BC - in northern Mesopotamia an ancient landscape between the Euphrates and Tigris rivers. Assyrian neo-Syriac language. Specifically this is a style of singing called Raweh. It was common among the men of Tyareh tribal district in Hakkari. Sadly, all Assyrians of Hakkari and environs were driven out in 1915 by the Ottomans.

Blessed be Assyria, The land of creation and greatness. Forever they have been trying to wipe your name, but you bleed Assyria as much as they dig for your grave they prepare for you. From the true north, the West and South as well as the East, You speak Assyrian. The others are not even considered a drop in the ocean that you are, oh Assyria! You have been chosen by God, fear not for everyone’s time is coming and truth cannot be hidden forever! Forever you live!
I found it. On a Kurdish page. I'm trying my best to say this is assyrian but they are laughing at me 😢 I told them he is literally singing in assyrian. But then I was called bad names. It's ok ... God knows the truth . ❤ ✝️
