Someone can port the rom to another phone but it's usually not super smooth but it's possible. Poco f3 had Android 14 developer previews. But the phone needs to have a decent chip. @@muhammadibrahimjaved6042
It's a developer preview, taki developers apne apps ko Android 15 ke liye optimise kar sake aur unhe release tk time mile issues fix karne ko. Pehle 2-3 updates me Android me bas architectural changes hote hai so abhi 2-3 months kisi bhi new changes/features ki expectation mat rakhna
